The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus. However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site. On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

Très bon établissement pas loin de l’autoroute. Établissement récent très propre et pas de problèmes pour garer la voiture.

Hotel muy bien situado (junto al rio ) Terraza y zona chill-out con vistas . Tienen parking exterior (precio módico 6e. noche ), que vale la pena porque no encuentras aparcamiento fácilmente. Té sirven la comida en la mesa. Menú varias opciones de primero , segundo y postres, el mismo todos los dias (peró puedes ir variando).Del hotel a la zona de los baños termales , andando por el paseo del rio, está muy cerca (Te conviene esta opción y así te ahorras el parking de la zona de los baños ).

Hotel muy bonito, delante de la playa,pero lejos del centro de Peñíscola. Desayuno muy variado, abundante y bueno. Cama cómoda, teníamos dos camas dobles en habitación. Lo que no me gustó es que las cortinas no tapan la luz de la calle y entra luz de buena mañana.

This was a lovely hotel and restaurant in a picturesque 16c building. The prix fixe dinner was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the lighting was a bit spare. It was a very plesant stay in a quiet, old Spanish town. I recommend it highly.

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、とても感じが良かったです。ホテルは街の中心部に位置しています。バレンシアでホテルを予約するつもりでしたが、旅行アプリではバレンシアとして表示されました。カステリオ・デ・プラナを体験できて本当に良かったです。クリスマスシーズンの街は、本当に素敵で楽しく、温かく迎えてくれました。食文化も素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい旅と温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。

Despite the building looks a little old, the room was fantastic!!! It’s really large room, and a very clean and comfortable toilet. I’ll definitely come back again cuz the staff are super nice and helpful. I feel like 5 star service

Ik heb dit hotel speciaal geboekt omdat ik zag dat er een massageruimte was oftewel spa is er niet kamers zijn heel oud en het ontbijt was heel veel vlees en ik ben vegan ze Hadden bij niks wat ik kon eten

Very good overall. Perfectly adequate apartment. Much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. Exceptional value for the price. Pro's- Grounds maintained immaculately, large pool, 5 mins walk to centre of town and large supermarket. Two balconies/terraces facing different directions. Very friendly service at check-in and out. Con's- Shower head holder and toaster need replacing. Possible lack of parking if the place was full. No actual allocated spot. Would return

清潔さ：部屋はバスルームも含めて非常に清潔でした。清潔さに不満はありません。 ロケーション：ガソリンスタンドなど、多くの施設が近くにあり、車用のガソリンやディーゼルをリーズナブルな価格で販売しています。また、ホテルには無料駐車場もあります。 サービス：チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スムーズな対応でした。しかし、スタッフのほとんどは英語が話せませんでした。ホテルのレストランも例外ではありませんでしたが、何とかコミュニケーションを取ることができました。スタッフはとても親切で感じが良かったです。 アメニティ：客室にはタオルが用意されており、お湯も出ました。 残念な点：私たちが宿泊した部屋は朝食付きのダブルルームでしたが、防音対策がされていませんでした。私は寝起きが良いので寝つきは良かったのですが、パートナーは廊下で酔っ払った人たちの大声で話していて、1時間ほど眠れず、その後は一晩中眠れませんでした。それ以外は、ホテルに不満はありません。
