CClarestaBest 4 star hotel!!
Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

ゲゲストAmazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent.
Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service.
Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry!
The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked.
I’d fully recommend!!!

I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony
All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted
I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

ゲゲストThe hotel is dated in parts and our room was a little tired although it was a superior room we overlooked wasteland and nort a sunny sea view we expected.
However, the room was clean and the public areas spacious

ゲゲスト旧市街や****に近い静かな場所に理想的です。 2つのプールエリア(1つは浅い子供用プール付き)と、より大きなプールで利用できる食べ物-レセプションのすぐそばにある小さなダイニングエリア(朝食に適しています)。
年長の子供のためのプールテーブルと敷地内の幼児のための小さな遊び場。
非常にきれいな複合施設とフレンドリーなスタッフ。設備の整った簡易キッチンとバスルームの素敵なパワフルなシャワーが大好きでした!
多くのショップやレストランに近いですが、ビーチまで下り坂を比較的急な散歩で、私たちにとっては問題ありませんが、バギーや移動の問題がある場合は運動する可能性があります。車を借りると、屋外の路上駐車場がありました。そうでなければ周りにたくさんのタクシーがあります!観光の1日後には徒歩で地元を探索することができました...旧市街の近くにいくつかの素晴らしいレストランがあります。
私たちが見ることができるアパートにはエアコンがありません(しかし、1月末に述べたように、気温は24°Cで、屋内外は快適です) - ピーク時に行くかどうかを確認することをお勧めします。
プールは加熱されていませんでしたが、9:30 から午後 6 時まで、ディップ クリーンで勤務中のライフガードに最適です。
素敵な複合施設でリラックスした短い休憩、私たちは戻ってきます!

匿匿名ユーザー滞在中にホテルに滞在するかなりの数の高齢者がいましたが、これは少しも私を悩ませませんでした。クリーンルーム、フレンドリーなスタッフ、素敵な朝食。絶好のロケーション-プラヤドララダまで徒歩5分(場合でも)、道路の向かいに買い物をします。ありがとう

RRaymond非常に大きなリゾート、小さなスーパーマーケットですが、すべてが含まれていない場合は、地元の町へのタクシーに乗るのが高価になる可能性があるため、問題になります
子供のためのナイトライフは良いですが、プールバーは午後6時に閉まるので、大人は夕方に外に座って飲み物を飲むことさえできません
有料のレストランやチャンピオンズスポーツバーに行かない限り、すべてを含んでいる場合に支払うとあまり良くありません
私たちは7ブロックにいましたが、エレベーターにはまだ階段があるので、少し乗るのが問題になります。私と私の妻は70歳と65歳です。
全体的に、私たちは息子、妻、3人の小さな孫がいるので、彼らは徒歩4分です。なぜ私たちはお互いに近づいていないのかはわかりませんが、レセプションとダイニングルームの近くにあると同時に予約しませんでしたが、いくつかありました部屋には 電子レンジを使っているゴキブリがいます

MMichaelJohn翌日空港に簡単にアクセスしたい場合は、このホテルは完璧です。徒歩5分のバス停があり、バスはすべての島を接続します。スタッフは効率的で丁寧です。彼らは私が無料で搭乗券を印刷するのを手伝ってくれました。ディナービュッフェ(半ダース料理)は試しませんでしたが、約18ユーロで良さそうでした。壁には、写真を撮って街を一周するのに使用できるアレシフェの大きな地図があります。私たちは海の見える部屋を持っていました、お勧めの景色はいいです。
