Nathalie and David were delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Lovely home, beautifully furnished room, modern facilities and extremely well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Relaxed, quiet and feeling like one was living in one's own country home apartment. Quiet location in the center of the town - easy to access and free parking public parking within a one-minute walk from the residence. Private peaceful garden with nice pool which is excellent for just sitting back to read a book with a nice bottle of wine. Breakfast choice was extensive with nice touches prepared by David including freshly prepared home-made preserves. Would thoroughly recommend this wonderful accommodation as an excellent base for discovering both St Emillion and the surrounding area. Have stayed in many hotels and apartments around the Saint-Emilion area but Pavillon de Millesimes rates as one of the best. We will definitely be back.

The location is a 10-15 min walk away from the train station due to the layout of the train tracks, however it is also served frequently by tram C. Upside is its in a good, quiet and clean neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Very modern, clean and chic hotel. Comfortable sized rooms and toilet. Reception served by delightful and polite ladies.

ボルドーのアパートホテルでの滞在は大変満足でした。駅から歩いて行きましたが、遠くはないですが近くもありません。最初は大通りから外れているので見つけるのが大変でしたが、一度道を覚えてしまえば悪くありません！館内には洗濯機と乾燥機があり、受付でトークンを購入できます。サウナもあると聞いていましたが、時間がなくて利用できませんでした。受付の女性は親切で、キャンディーバーや電子レンジで調理できる食事も購入できます。部屋には電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、鍋、軽食を作るための調理器具が揃っているので、ぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。部屋とバスルームは、他のホテルのバスルームや寝室よりも広々としています。2枚の写真は、私が泊まった部屋からの素晴らしい景色です。

ヴィクトリア ガーデン ボルドー センターは、中心部に近くアクセスしやすい便利な場所に位置しています。しかし、私たちの滞在体験は賛否両論でした。最初に案内された部屋は古い建物にあり、非常に古びた印象で、エアコンも作動しませんでした。部屋には蚊も多く、ホテル側が何らかの対策を講じてくれると助かりました。 部屋の変更を依頼したところ、最初は満室と言われましたが、喘息持ちであることを伝えると、突然別の部屋が空いたとのことでした。サービス自体は概ね良好でしたが、この状況は少し残念でした。 建物の入退室管理システムはかなり複雑で、特に車で到着する人にとっては分かりにくいです。駐車料金は1泊15ユーロ、ペット同伴料金は12ユーロでしたが、Trip.comの予約ポリシーでは6ユーロと記載されていました。 全体的に、立地は大きな利点ですが、設備とコミュニケーション面は改善の余地があります。

Arrived late from a flight and left early. Easy access. Hotel and room were a bit tired but generally fine. It was hot and the window had been left open and mosquitos had come in so didn’t sleep very well. Not sure I’d stay again.

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. Propre endroit calme prix raisonnable mais toilettes/ douche / lavabo très très très et très petit toilette en face de lit avec regarde depuis la vitre
