この場所はすべてになりたいと思っています。そして、それはマークを逃しています。私たちは非常に技術に精通しているので、私たちを段階的に行かなかった自分自身をチェックインしなければなりませんでした。しかし、私たちはレゴランドのパッケージとして予約していたので、誰かがグッドバッグを頼むのを見つけ、女性は私たちが彼女に不便であるように私たちを見ました。同じ女性に食べ物について尋ねると、忙しくなるので予約する必要があると言われました-午後6時に予約しました。地元の水泳公園に行きました-戻ってきた(5歳の飢えている)が、私たちの予約がないと言われました。幸いなことに、ドアの素敵な女性はなんとかどこかに私たちを見つけてくれました。彼女が気にしていなかったことを願っています。食べ物は素晴らしかったです-夫は実際に彼のメインを食べませんでした。来るのに長い時間がかかりました。ベッキー(それが彼女の名前だと思います-短いボブ、茶色の髪)が、私たちが適切な文句を言うのを止めた唯一のものです.彼女は足から急いでいるにもかかわらず、素晴らしかったです!!部屋に着きました-トイレットロールは1つだけで、いっぱいではありません。使用しました-電話なしで、より多くの電話のために電話受付に行きました。受付チームとのチャットを開始するためにスキャンするQRコードがありました。非常に長い巻き。それをしました-何も聞こえませんでした。翌日、彼らが補充することを望むようにドアに「入って」サインを置きます-彼らはしませんでした。朝食はチャオスでした。すべて小さなエリアに詰め込まれています-まったく流れがありません。パンが2回使い果たされました-ゲストはそれを補充するように頼まなければなりませんでした。ジュース用のグラスは、食器洗い機から出てきてまだ熱かった。食べ物はまともでした-私たちが食べた夕食よりもはるかに良かったです。基本的な滞在をお探しなら、これは十分です。快適なベッド。きれい(ish-シャワーフロアにブートマークがありました)しかし、カスタマーサービス(ベッキーを除く)は存在しませんでした。ジム。ホテル。スポーツバー.......たくさんやっていますが、特にうまくやっていません。

ホテルにはエレベーターがあり、環境は静かで快適で、部屋のスペースはOKです。庭の小屋で食事をできる屋外庭園があります。サービススタッフは非常に積極的で、顧客のニーズを満たすために率先して行動します。ウィンザー城に近く、週末の予約はタイトで、価格は高いです。 ホテルの隣にはショップやレストランはありません。ホテルのレストランで食事をします。レストランの食べ物は典型的なイギリス料理です。

Chose this hotel as it was close to Lapland Uk. Arrived on Monday 23rd December at 5ish. Quick check in and asked if we wanted to book tea in restaurant. Said we would come back if we wanted to. Went up to room ( 70) and was hit with the smell of smoke. I sprayed some deodorant and opened a window. ( hoping the smell would subside) looked at menu and went to book in for tea ( to save going off site) went to the restaurant ( 1st ones in there at 5.40ish. Given a menu which was laminated. I queried the lack of choice and how it wasn't the same as room one. Lady said ” we are struggling to get food so close to xmas” fair enough but this should be mentioned when checking in. Left snd went in to town. Returned and asked to move room ( as smell was still bad) Moved quickly to room 73. Much better. Tried to go to sleep at 10 as 9 year old needed sleep after a busy day. 11 until 12 a family below were loud.. I rang reception in the end and receptionist went to check. Wouldn't stay again due to lack of sleep.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my son, daughter in law and grandson and had a lovely stay. We ate in the restaurant on the Sunday night and served by Kayleigh who was brilliant. We ate breakfast on the Monday and Tuesday and we had my son and daughter in law with us too, Kayleigh served us on both occasions and was brilliant always asking how my grandson was, and made him a little pack up too, so he didn’t miss out. We used to go to the other premiere inn in Bracknell but this is our now go to premiere inn, we will be back soon , thank you all the staff and especially Kayleigh in the restaurant

Comfortable accommodation My room was spacious,clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable,ensuring,a restfull night sleep. Kishor was very attentive during our check in I was staying for few nights.he also help me with my luggage.
