ドゥブロヴニクの駐車場付きのおすすめホテル

Unglaublich toll. Wo soll ich anfangen? -  Frühstück großartig - Lage, perfekt (15 Minuten in die Altstadt) - immer eine tolle Liege verfügbar  - Pool, sehr sauber - Personal, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent - Zimmer mit Meerblick, ein Traum  - Cocktails, sehr lecker  Immer wieder gerne. 

良かった点：朝食は素晴らしく、プールの眺めは息を呑むほどでした。このホテルのサービスはまさに五つ星ホテルの資格と言えるでしょう。スタッフ全員が積極的に対応し、常に挨拶をしてくれました。受付の男性スタッフはとても親切で、分かりやすく説明し、道順も教えてくれました。メールでの問い合わせにも迅速に対応し、正確で効率的な情報を提供してくれました。タクシーもとても便利でした。地元のタクシーアプリを使うと、最初の3回は50%割引になり、旧市街のピレ門までたったの3.41ユーロでした。 悪かった点：他の点はすべて満足のいくものでしたが、部屋はかなり狭かったです。25平方メートルの広さで、スーツケース2個も入りませんでした。後になって、バルコニーが少しスペースを占領していることに気づきました。海は見えましたが、横からの眺めでした。シャワーのデザインも良くありませんでした。オーバーヘッドシャワーは水滴が垂れ、取り外し可能な蛇口の位置が低すぎたため、手持ちシャワーが必要でした。シャワーのドアは半開きだったので、シャワーを浴びる際は非常に注意する必要がありました。スーパーマーケットまでは徒歩10分ですが、夜は薄暗い森や公園を歩かなければなりません。概ね安全ですが、一人で歩くのは少し怖いかもしれません。

良かった点: 2時間早く到着しましたが、コンシェルジュがすぐにチェックインしてくれたので助かりました。部屋からの眺めは素晴らしく、朝食の種類も豊富でしたが、4泊の滞在中毎日同じメニューが提供されました。ラパド周辺は旧市街からほど近いわけではありませんが、人混みや大規模なツアーグループから離れた場所を特に選んだので満足しています。周辺は美しく、散歩や探検に最適な岩の入り江がたくさんあります。 悪かった点: 戸棚の鏡が割れていてアルミテープで覆われていました。部屋のデザインは明らかに時代遅れで、カーペットは少し汚れていますが、私にとってはそれほど重要ではありません。 アジア人の女性一人旅の旅行者として、年配のスタッフ、特に男性が西洋人のゲストと比べて私に対して優越感を持って接しているのに気づきました。言い換えれば、私は歓迎されていないと感じます。これはドゥブロヴニク全般に当てはまりますが、ザグレブではサービススタッフがはるかにフレンドリーです。

ホテルは、スイミングプール、夜のライブパフォーマンス、ビーチまで歩いてすぐのリゾートです。ホテルにはお湯がありませんので、ご持参ください。ホテルの入り口にバス6があり、旧市街に行くことができます。全体的に、それは悪くありません！

ロビーはとても良い香りもし、スタッフは親切でした。 お部屋も綺麗ですしシャワールームも広いです。 レストランでの夕食も美味しかったです。 旧市街に行くバス停は目の前で、スーパーもすぐ隣にあります。空港からシャトルバスに乗りバスターミナルに到着し 徒歩だと20分。タクシーだと10ユーロー程です。

このホテルは旧市街からかなり離れていますが、それは決して悪いことではありません。人混みや喧騒から離れられたことは大変ありがたく、この素晴らしいリゾートからの静寂と静けさ、そして壮大な海の景色を満喫しました。息を呑むようなパノラマを昼夜問わず楽しめるので、追加料金を払って南向きの部屋に泊まる価値は間違いなくあります。 私の部屋はエレガントな内装でとても快適で、あらゆるものを置くのに十分なスペースがありましたが、荷物置き場や専用の荷物置き場があれば、さらに快適性が向上するでしょう。 スタッフは総じて親切で丁寧でしたが、特にレストランマネージャーのマティヤさんは、大勢のお客様を対応していたにもかかわらず、常に明るくエネルギッシュな対応をされていました。 朝食ビュッフェはヨーロッパの基準から見て非常にボリュームがあり、夕食ビュッフェも十分以上の品揃えで、1人35ユーロと非常にお得でした。 以前のレビューでも触れましたが、バビン・クック地区（ロイヤル・アリストンと隣接する姉妹ホテル、ロイヤル・プリンセス、ロイヤル・ブルー、ロイヤル・パーム、ネプチューンが位置するエリア）と旧市街を結ぶバスが運行しています。40ユーロのドゥブロヴニク・シティ・パスを購入すると、このバスの1日乗車券に加え、城壁と博物館への入場券も付いてきます。 このリゾートは本当におすすめです。また訪れるのを楽しみにしています。

ドゥブロブニク観光で2泊しました。旧市街にはアパートホテルがほとんど、しっかりしたホテルに泊まりたかったのでこちらのホテルを選びました。旧市街からは少し離れますがバスが頻繁に走っているので全く不便は無かったです。4、5、7のバス路線が利用可能、4が頻繁に走ってます。バスチケットも一日券を買ったので安く済ませました。非常に満足する事できて楽しい旅行になりました。

Dubrovnik does not have a lot of hotels compared to the vast amounts of tourists that come here (mostly there are apartments or mini hotels). The bigger ones that are, are pricey to say the least (especially when booked last minute). Hotel lapad is fine. When I was here it was full with pensionados on package tours. Quite busy everywhere, but if you can avoid the crowded spaces you're fine.

We stayed at this apartment during our visit to Dubrovnik. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality from the owner, although there were a few things worth noting. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. It had pans, plenty of cutlery, salt, coffee, milk, and other small items that made self-catering convenient. There were also brochures for boat trips, city tours, and other local attractions, which were helpful for planning our stay. The standout feature was the owner. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Even though we arrived late, she was available by phone, responded quickly to every question, and did her best to guide us with parking and check-in. Her helpfulness made the experience much smoother. The main downside was parking. There is no convenient parking nearby, and finding a place to leave the car was quite challenging. The apartment is located in what feels like a residential neighbourhood, around a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town, so having a car can be both useful and frustrating because of the parking situation. The apartment also felt more like someone’s home than a serviced hotel apartment. If you’re expecting hotel-style accommodation with dedicated reception or professionally managed facilities, this may not meet those expectations. However, if you’re happy with a simple residential apartment and appreciate a responsive and caring host, it offers good value. Overall, a clean and practical apartment with an exceptionally helpful host, but be prepared for parking challenges and a more residential experience rather than a hotel-style stay.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
