ホテルの部屋は美しく整えられ、ベッドは信じられないほど快適で、清潔感も抜群でした。受付のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、色々なレストランを紹介してくれました。Wi-Fiも問題なく使え、タオルなどのアメニティも用意されていました。キッチンにはカトラリー、コンロ、鍋、飲料水など、設備が整っており、宿泊客は自由に使うことができます。素敵なベランダもありました。総じて、本当に素晴らしい滞在先でした。強くお勧めします！

Dialoog でスイートルームを予約したのですが、批判すべき点が多すぎます。到着した当初から、お湯をあまり使えませんでした。子供 2 人を連れて行ったのですが、2 人分しか出なかったため、お湯タンクを補充するのにしばらく待たなければなりませんでした。スイートなのに部屋に冷蔵庫がありません。アメニティはごく普通で、歯磨きセットしかありませんでした。部屋自体はとても広く、海の景色が楽しめてとても良かったです。 設備は整っていて、スパルーム、設備の整ったジム、インフィニティ プールもきれいで快適でした。周囲の景色は最高でした! そして、あまり良くない点、朝食の体験です。町で一番大きなリゾートなのに、朝食の種類がとても限られていました! このホテルの後、別のホテルに移動したので、Dialoog の朝食は比べものになりません。味はまあまあでした。ブラック コーヒーしか出ず、夫がラテを飲みたいときは、別のホテルでは無料で飲めたのに追加料金を払わなければなりませんでした。これは 4 つ星から 5 つ星のホテルでは標準です。スイートルームに1日300万も払っているのに、ブラックコーヒーしか出ませんでした。ジュースは瓶には入っていませんでしたが、リクエストに応じて小さなグラスに注いでくれました。ジュースの種類はパパイヤ、スイカ、メロンだけでした。食べ物の種類はごく普通。お茶、水、コーヒーは飲み放題です😁 ピークシーズンでしたが、食べ物にはまったく感心しませんでした。 少なくとも景色とリゾートには驚きました。それでホテルでの体験の失望はカバーされました。またこのホテルに泊まりますか？いいえ！景色のためだけにこのホテルを選ばない限り、値段に見合う価値はありませんでした。

うわあ、なんて隠れた名所でしょう！プルワ・イジェンのバンガローは最高で、驚くほどお得です。美しい景色と緑豊かな植生（田んぼはもちろんのこと）に囲まれた、とても素朴で小さな静かな村に位置しています。一番のハイライトは朝食で、インドネシア旅行中一番美味しいスムージーボウルをいただきました。イジェンツアー（50万ルピア）も破格の値段でした。バリ島行きのフェリーへの送迎も20万ルピアとお手頃価格でした。特に気に入ったのは、広々としたバスルームと、ジャングルと田んぼの景色が楽しめる快適なテラスです。私の意見では、プルワ・イジェンはイジェン周辺で最もお得な宿泊施設のひとつで、強くお勧めします。Wi-Fiも快適に使えました。

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Good service, large beautiful territory, clean rooms, good hair dryer. We were allowed to leave an hour later, we will stop again if we are in Java.

For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun ketapang dan pelabuhan Ketapang, toilet sempit namun kamar sangat lebar, kasur ada bau2 sedikit, lumayan worth it dengan harga kamar nya, thank you
