イェローホテル ハーバーベイ バタムでの滞在は最高でした！お部屋はとても清潔で広々としており、よく手入れされていました。ベッドと枕は快適で、部屋のアメニティも快適な滞在に十分なものでした。立地も完璧で、フェリーターミナルから徒歩数分と旅行者にとって非常に便利です。ホテルの環境は安全で静かです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧で、どんなリクエストにもいつでも対応してくれました。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズで効率的でした。全体的に、サービス、清潔さ、利便性に非常に満足しています。強くお勧めします。次回バタムを訪れる際は、必ずまたここに泊まります！

設備が非常に老朽化したホテルで、廊下はボロボロで壁の塗装が剥がれ落ちそうでした。実際のところ、ホテルの造り自体は悪くないのですが、内装が古すぎ、部屋の設備も時代遅れです。まるで、いくら素材が良い美人でも、毎日すっぴんで出歩くようなものです。自分が（中国の人気女優）劉亦菲だとでも思っているのでしょうか？

The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.
