Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained..

因為沒有空調 無窗的房間會悶 不得不開內窗 內窗位於走廊 會產生噪音 床單看起來不乾淨 有很多印記 但聞味道 確實是洗過的 枕巾同理 但有些發黃... wifi沒有直接告訴你賬號和密碼 詢問前台 前台接過我的手機 輸入了密碼....但是回到房間 wifi連接和信號消失了....很奇怪

Perlunya di tingkatkan kebersihan dan kelengkapan rumah yang sudah banyak rusak untuk di ganti atau perbaiki.

Kamarnya bersih, cuman pelayanan n fasilitas kurang. Handuk gak di minta gak di ksh, sabun n sikat gigi pun tak ada. Tdk ada di ksh aqua atau pun tmpt masak air panas. Klosetnya gak bs di pencet rusak, pintu kamar mandinya pegangannya copot, menang di kamarnya luas, bersih dan tempat nya mau ke kota dekat. Kami pilih family room ada di lantai 3, rasanya kl bawa anak” Ke lantai 3 agak bahaya karna naik tangga takut anak” Jatuh Gak bakalan kemari lg deh
