素敵なサービス..早朝のフライトに追いつく必要があることを忘れましたが、すでに2人分の朝食を予約しました.. 2日目の朝食にお金を返すことはできません。朝食のみを取り除くことができます..だから私たちは朝食をリクエストし、彼らは果物、パン、ご飯と野菜と鶏肉を添えて提供しました(実際には私たちはそれをリクエストします)。私の要求を満たしてくれてありがとう..次回パダンを訪れるためにロッキーに再び滞在します..横にはスーパーもあり、いいですね!

Room is too small but bath room is large space. Near Mentawai Fast and port. Easy to travel.

リーズナブルな価格の完璧なホテル。フロントデスクはスタッフの温かい歓迎でとても良いです。部屋は巨大でいいです。朝食はとても良いです。大学のホテルでもショッピングモールの近くでビーチがあります(徒歩約500m)。私は朝キャンパスを歩き回るのが好きです。完璧な朝。

worth every penny staying here, staffnya semua balik. consider bagi i early checkin, bilik sangat selesa. and their hotel pun considered famous kat situ. bilik wangi, toilet selesa. will repeat! hotelnya juga dekat dengan pantai. jalan kaki je~

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

The hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.
