Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com. This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked. You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer.. ..

在一條熱鬧的道路上，附近很多商店和吃的餐廳，房間算大，這個價位還有附早餐，非常超值划算。前面以可以停車。

Lokasinya agak susah ketemu. Harus muter” karena portalnya gak terlihat pas malam”. Lokasinya dalam perumahan yg memang di sekitarnya banyak penginapan juga. Dapat di no 2F. Pas banget jendela menghadap jalan jadi enak. Cuma krn kamar berdekatan, jadi kedengaran kamar sebelah berisik. Pelayannya ramah banget.

初めて最上階の部屋(5階)で、通常は最上階の4階になります。普通のRedDoorzの部屋よりも安いです。高級感はありません。普通の部屋はきれいで、エアコンは寒くなく、ボトルは1本しかなく、たとえ小さいとしても。ゴミプラスチックはありません。私は1階のフロントデスクに行き、ゴミプラスチック製の飲み物を一杯飲みました。エアコンは寒くなく、エアコンは汚れています。マットレスは階下できれいです。
