ゲゲストTidak ada pemanas air untuk minum. Agak repot klo hrs pke kompor. Koreknyapun tidak bs dipakai. Saat datang banyak semut. Pintu lemari rusak. Untuk ruangan oke bgt ya. View pagi hari dr balkon bagus banget. Over all puas menginap disini ☺️

匿匿名ユーザーTrip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..
