We recently stayed at The meadows hotel in Tralee for one night , The reception staff where very nice and welcoming our arrival, The double room was large and had a bath with overhead shower and plenty of room for guests toiletries beside the sink which was large , The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was well soundproofed so we had a great nights sleep, There are plenty of spacious seating areas for a quiet drink or a lovely bar with background music and a large screen for watching live sports etc but the sound is not to loud as not to be able to have a conversation with anyone, Bar staff also helpful, Breakfast was excellent with your tea/coffee and warm food order taken by the waiting staff who I must compliment for there friendliness and professionalism at all times as nothing was to much bother, You can also help yourself from the continental assortment which again was excellent consisting of fresh fruit, Breads , cereal, jams , Ect , I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a short or long stay if touring this part of the world, Also there is plenty of parking at the hotel so had no problems getting parked in a safe place, Thanks to all the staff who made us welcome we really appreciate it, We will definitely return soon 😁
On our road trip through southern part of Irland we stoped in Tralee. Tralee is a small town, I think that is the most interesting information about this city. Maybe i am wrong. The Ashe hotel actual i for a such a small town a big hotel, but still charming. It's looks pretty new, and so everything was in good shape. The hotel is not a typical business hotel, so it's decorated in a romantic modern style. The room has a decent size. We had also breakfast in the morning which was served in as buffet, but in addition you could also order a warm breakfast. Everything tasted good and looked god. The only think which as surprising to us was the fact that the porridge was less thick, but still good. So Tralee is not a town you stop for visit, but if if you look for overnight location the Ashe hotel is a good choice.
This hotel is outstanding nothing to fault by a long shot spa facilities is excellent and most relaxing dining is outstanding food unreal breakfast was one of the very best I've had . I'm actually a local only 10mins away so decided to stay local as it was for 1 night and was so pleasantly surprised lovely night away
Unassuming from the outside, lovely and cozy from the inside, perfectly located in the centre of Tralee. This is what Benners Hotel looks like . Irish hospitality and generosity in the heart of Kingdom. Welcoming staff at reception desk, you know from the very beginning that you are awaited guest. You can start off with a pint in a lovely pub just right behind the reception desk. Or you can relax for a moment in a cozy lobby looking through an album or book from their library. Or you can proceed to the room which is nice and restful with impeccable bathroom and comfortable bed. There’s a tea/coffee tray in each room and ironing board on request. Full Irish breakfast in the morning is just the icing on the cake. In a nutshell- it’s second to none.
