Hotel lemon tree, hubli is located in a very nice locality, surrounded by both commercial as well as residential habitats. Property is very good, rooms are spacious. Need a slight improvement in staff training. Basically all the staffs are very good, very well mannered, always ready to help but what i felt, they are not very well trained. Professionalism is seen lacking sometimes in comparison to the brand lemon tree. Rest everything is great ! a very good stay for solo travellers, business travelers or family trips. Food is good. But breakfast spread need to add atleast one or two more non veg items. It was only eggs in breakfast.

The three stars is for the food which was nice and the courteous staff. They also provided toiletries. Otherwise, the whole hotel including our room stank. Maybe they need to use a better mop or room freshner. The bedsheets were unclean. I've seen worse but if they maintain cleaner rooms n laundry they can get a rating of 4-4.5 with ease

It's a very big and clean property within the city at a very reasonable price. This property has lot of options and variety of rooms. Had huge indoor play area, very big swimming pool and open lawn restaurant. The staff is very friendly and quick with service
