A good experience, location is very good, close to restaurants and shopping area. Well maintained apartment, housekeeping done on request. Running hot and cold water. There is no lift. Basic utensils available

*excellent family getaway at valluvanadu residency* we recently had the pleasure of staying at valluvanadu residency with three families, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! the accommodations were incredibly convenient and comfortable for our group. The spacious rooms provided ample space for relaxation, while the clean and well-maintained restrooms were a welcome amenity. The food served was delicious and satisfying. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality and attentive service from the manager and supporting staff. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was genuinely appreciated. Thank you, valluvanadu residency, for creating wonderful memories for our families. The hotel offered basic amenities and was decent for the price. The rooms was clean, staff were good and accommodating. But bar is open for public. Overall, a satisfactory stay for budget-conscious travelers.

1. They didnt provide breakfast due to booking
2. Check-out time is 24 hour for that hotel normally but they denied due to booking. If possible you have to initiate and resolve

We stayed in zahir residency for a night. We had booked an ac room. Rooms were clean. It's just 10 min walk from calicut airport. There are lot of restaurants available near this hotel. They also arranged a cab for us from kozikode to wayand.
