ゲゲストI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

滞在中は妻の誕生日で、チームはケーキで小さな無料の部屋の装飾を慎重に手配しました。それはとても素敵なジェスチャーであり、私たちの経験をさらに特別にしました。
全体的に、私たちはJaypee Manorで素晴らしい滞在をし、リラックスした旅行を探している家族に強くお勧めします。

ゲゲストBeautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand.

IIndranil BasuThe room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

ゲゲストExcellent location on hill top afroud 15 minutes from mall road library chowk.Main road was closed due construction work so we had to alternate road to approch hotel which is quite narrow at some points.still very good experience though breakfast changes were quite high so we did our breakfast outside .

ゲゲストBase don our experience with fortune ITC, it seems the staff had failed to manage the property in terms of cleanliness nad lacks basic maintenance. My parents were not pleased with thr state of the condition.

ゲゲストIts 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.

ゲゲストThe hotel is in a perfect location, very close to mall road. The rooms were good and spacious, and the staff were very cooperative. They provided us with a minute service which is very commendable. All together a happy and pleasant stay.
