TTrip LOVERssこれは私がヨーロッパに泊まった中で最高のホテルです。古い歴史的な建物で、すべてのインテリアが改装されました。一番いいのは、歴史的なリフトを保持し、全体的なインテリアが美しく配置されたことです。
このホテルは駅まで徒歩わずか6分、中央エリアまで10分なので、場所は5-starsです。
アメニティも5-starsです。このホテルには2本の水、2本のポップドリンク、1本のジュースとピーナッツを含むドリンクのフルミニバーがあり、すべて無料です。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディローション、石鹸、シャワーキャップが完備されています。
清潔さも5-starsです。私たちは物事の2つの大きな完全な荷物で部屋をめちゃくちゃにし、housekeroinhは窓枠の下に2つの荷物を入れるのを手伝ってくれました。
Seevuxeも5-starsです。私たちは2本のワインを買い、彼らは素晴らしいサービスでワイングラスとコルクを提供してくれました。また、ジェノヴァでは初めてでした。受付係は、どのエリアに行くべきか、どのように行くべきかを詳しく説明しました。

ゲゲストトリプルルームは大人3人が泊まるのに十分な広さでした。バスルームは広かったですが、シャワーは私のような小柄な人間には少し狭いです。ベッド4台のうち、2台は良かったのですが、もう1台は少し古びていました。駅では大音量の音楽が流れていて、夜遅くに一人でいるのは危険だと感じました。
朝食は8ユーロで、お金に見合う価値がありました。

ゲゲストThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

YYidongThe location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

AAnat SinouanyArrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me - still no help
The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath
The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day
We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !

YYudumとてもフレンドリーな受付スタッフ。彼らはフランス語を話すので、とても実践的です。ビュッフェ式朝食にはたくさんの選択肢があります。サービスは効率的で清潔です。唯一の欠点は、シーツが毎日交換されないことです。部屋はシーツを交換せずに掃除されるだけです。ご滞在をお楽しみください。町に近い。お勧めします。
