OolivierNice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing

Iisao aratake飛行機が遅れ、チェックインの時間が夜中になってしまったが待っていてくれました。もちろん途中、遅れることの連絡はしていましたが。しかも大変愛想も良く、荷物まで運んでくれました。ありがとうございます。

RRowena Yin TingA nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

MmlenitskayaThis is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

ゲゲストMatera is an amazing place to visit and staying at the Monaco Bianco made it even more special! Alessandro was incredibly helpful and welcoming - the perfect manager for this property. I shall happily recommend this to anyone else I know travelling to Matera.

Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too.
other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.

ゲゲスト独立した宿泊施設に滞在する最悪の経験。雨の中で1時間残しました。 18回の電話を試してみましたが、答えられませんでした。非常に不快な男が現れ、イタリア語で私たちに叫びました。私たちはとても怖がっていました。私たちが外出するとき、私たちは誰かが部屋に入ってすべての照明と暖房を消したと信じています。
素敵な部屋ですが、写真のようなホテルではなくアパートにあります。翌朝1/2チェックアウトの1時間前に戻ってきて、怒っている男が私たちを待っていました。ライトが残っていることを叫びます。これは、私たちが散歩に行ったときに見逃した小さなバスルームの光でした。彼は実際に私たちをホテルから追い出しました。寝室の窓の前に立っていると、とても不快になります。非常に非常に不快な滞在。
