素晴らしい
ゲゲストこのホームステイは本当に美しいです。路地の奥深くにありますが、アレンジはとても親密です。フロントデスクは、トゥトゥカーを呼び出して、ビーチ近くのレストランに行くのを手伝うことができます。ホテル全体が運河のすぐそばにあり、バルコニーにはさまざまな鳥や野生の孔雀が訪れます。施設や設備も非常に新しいです。軟膏の唯一のハエは運河に非常に近いことです。夜に雨が降ると、雨の音が本当に大きいです.....部屋には虫もいますが、欠陥は隠されておらず、素晴らしい宿泊体験です。

ゲゲストAmazing view of the ocean from our room - the property sits right in front of the ocean. From the verandah in front of your room, you can watch the waves the whole day, there is no need to go to any of the beaches in Mirissa. Breakfast was delicious too, and they even cooked the fish we caught (for a fee). However, don't expect the same creature comforts of an international 4 or 5 star hotel despite being priced higher. The furniture is also rather dated and the room was not very clean. Overall a decent and memorable experience.

スタッフの英語はあまり上手ではなく、息子さんだけが英語を話せました。
しかし、ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
ミリッサビーチはホテルのすぐ裏にあるので便利です。
ココナッツツリーヒルまでは徒歩30分なので、とても便利です。
ホテルでは、トゥクトゥクでの往復送迎を含むホエールウォッチングツアーを予約できます。
今回はクジラは見られませんが、それでも素晴らしい体験でした！

ゲゲストI stayed at this guesthouse from February 25 through March 11, 22026. The guesthouse is located away from the main road, up on a hill, which means it is still within walking distance from the main Mirissa's attractions, but away from the noise of the main road, bars and crowds. The view from my balcony on the ocean and the lighthouse was the highlight of every morning, and you can see the fishers' harbor from the breakfast patio.
The guesthouse is owned and managed by a married couple - family-oriented, welcoming, warm and very supportive. Jan has many contacts and recommendations for activities in Mirissa and can arrange tours at or below the market price. Smily is truly a wonderful keeper of the place - in terms of cleanliness and the spirit. They have said in one of the conversations that they want the place to feel like a family home, and this is truly so, they are doing a great job at it. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the sense of safety and security at their place.
The guesthouse has been recently renovated - in a very good condition, definitely no mold (which is a big problem for the island), very clean and neat rooms and general area. Hot water is solar-heated, but there is a reserve electric heater also. There is a full-size fridge on the second floor for the guests to use, and Jan is bringing ample water bottle supply from the city for the guests to use. Laundry services, taxi, dinner reservations, etc. - all are available through them as well, if required. I used the opportunity to order my transfer back to the airport in Colombo through Jan, which was more affordable than the official booking price through airport-affiliated services.
Due to the flight issues in March (my connection was through Dubai), I could not leave the island in time as planned, and Jan and Smily managed to extend my accomodation for a few extra days, as well as helped resolve all issues as I was working on plan B for my return home. I really appreciated their support in my time of distress.
In short - comfortable place, wonderful family, good location, excellent service. Highly recommend.

この場所は、ミリッサ ビーチの魅力をすべて満喫するのに最適です。町のメイン ビーチのすぐそばにあり、シュノーケリング、ホエール ウォッチング、食事、ドリンク、パロット アイランド、ココナッツ ツリー ヒルまでわずか数分です。
部屋は素敵で、広くて清潔でした。夜中にサルがバルコニーに上がってきて、椅子の配置を変えたり、服を乾かしたりとちょっとした問題がありましたが、フレンドリーなスタッフが朝にすべてやってくれました。
ミリッサを楽しむのに最適なホテルです。

MMtngTriple O Six boasts a great location, right across from Coconut Hill, and offers spacious, well-designed rooms. However, the floors always seem slightly damp for some reason, which can get on your nerve. Another downside is the breakfast buffet charge—at 5000 LKR per person, it's just exorbitant. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid option for its location and comfort, just get your breakfast somewhere else.

匿匿名ユーザーMy wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay.
The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel.
At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival.
Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound.
Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

ゲゲストEin süßes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand. Super schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer sah wirklich toll aus, mit kleinen Mängeln im Bad ( Undichtes Rohr unter dem Waschbecken, undichte Duschwand )über die wir hinwegsehen konnten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super lieb, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man in 2 Minuten direkt am schönen Mirissa Beach. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

TTraveling TanI enjoyed my time at Ara Beach Resort, thanks to its excellent location and the fabulous pool. The staff were friendly and added to the resort's pleasant atmosphere.
However, I'd suggest a little more focus on cleaning and keeping the buffet breakfast items hot. The food was delicious but consistently served cold.
With these small changes, Ara Beach Resort could be even more wonderful.

KKiryakovaНебольшой отельчик в 50 метрах от океана. Местоположение отличное. Очень вкусные завтраки, на выбор омлет, скрамбл, яичница плюс йогурт, фрукты, тосты и кофе. Номер очень простой без телевизора, но нам его и не надо было. По вечерам комары, как в России. Ночью, если не закрыть дверь, в номер могут залезть бурундуки и порыться в чемодане и съесть вашу еду)))))). В общем отель хороший, рекомендую
