Excelente ubicacion, habitaciones tiene todo lo necesario, no se escucha ruido puedes trabajar agusto. La señorita de recepcion creo se llama lizbet o isvet muy amable nos explico todo super bien desayuno muy rico la alberc muy bien, el transporte solo tienea que programar con tiempo pero todo excelente la atencion en recepcion y staf.

I was reading some recent reviews of the ”Marriot Villahermosa Hotel” and I saw some them were ”Not Good” or actually ”Bad”. I disagree with them and after spending 50 nigths in the last 8 months in the hotel, I believe that my point of view will be more objective than others (with all due respect). First the services is good, and sometimes (most of them) is great. Everybody is always willing to help (Front Desk, Bells Boys, Waitress, etc). Indeed you have new hires which are less capable of answering questions or helping first hand, but there is always a ”backup”. We all have been ”new” to certain jobs and we all have had the need to learn, so being hard on people just because they are taking their first steps on this bussines is not fair. The Rooms are like in most of the Marriots : Clean, Spacious, Well Maintained, etc. The breakfast buffete is the best in town for a Hotel (I have already try several other options in Villahermosa) and on top of the ”flavour” the service in the restaurant and in the executive lounge is always very good. So... don't be afraid and book your next stay in here, you will not regret it.

Pésimo hotel!!! Las camas son súper aguadas y duele la espalda, no se descansa bien, el servicio del restaurante súper tardado. El sábado en la tarde en temporada alta y en fin de semana, pretendieron prohibirnos el uso de la alberca pues rentaron el área de la alberca para unos 15 años y los huéspedes fuimos corridos prácticamente del lugar por la fiesta como a las 7, cuando la alberca cierra hasta las 10 para huéspedes. Como la fiesta era al aire libre el ruido de la música no dejaba descansar. Ya con las quejas de los huéspedes le bajaron el volumen y termino después de las 12 de la noche. Para colmo a las doce de la noche se quemó el elevador y por los ductos del aire acondicionado empezó a conducir humo que hacía llorar los ojos y olía a azufre ( habitación 210) y tuvimos que ser cambiados de habitación a media noche.

This was a one-night stopover. Parking was easy. The hotel was good with nice rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Breakfast was great! So was dinner - not haute cuisine but tasty and filling - and reasonably priced. Its position on a major road wasn't great and would have stopped us either driving out or walking about but as it was a one-night stopover and the restaurant was good, that wasn't a problem. Even with the busy road, the noise was not enough to stop sleep and I'm a light sleeper.
