プールがあると説明されていたのですが、見つけることができませんでした。
電気はほとんどの時間安定しています。
インターネットの品質はやや劣悪です。
トイレ、洗面台、棚など、客室設備のメンテナンスにもっと気を配ってほしいと思います。
しかし、午後11時から午前3時頃のクラブの音楽の騒音は大きなマイナスポイントです。スタッフによると、騒音は通りからの騒音なので仕方がないとのことでした。
それでも、出張で滞在するには快適で良い場所です。

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their efforts in resolving the issues I encountered. In particular, I want to give a special thanks to Bella. I truly appreciated her professionalism.
While the hotel has many strengths, there are also areas that require improvement for a better guest experience.
[Pros]
* Pool & Dining: The pool is well-maintained, and the convenience of ordering food there was great.
* Grilled Catfish: Although it takes about an hour, the freshly grilled catfish is a must-try—it’s absolutely superb.
* Breakfast: The breakfast spread is clean and features delicious local dishes. The fresh watermelon juice was a highlight of my mornings.
* Laundry Service: I was highly impressed by the laundry service. My clothes were returned packaged so neatly they looked brand new.
* Honesty: I once accidentally left my wallet in a hotel taxi. I was deeply moved by the honesty of the staff who found and returned it to me safely.
[Cons]
* Check-in Delay: The check-in process took 3 hours. Despite the booking app clearly stating the 2-person capacity and extra bed option, the hotel was unaware of this, forcing me to wait in the lobby while they verified the information multiple times.
* Water Supply: The shower frequently ran out of water, meaning I had to wait mid-shower for it to start again.
* Room Maintenance: I was initially assigned a room where the toilet was missing its seat. I stayed there for several days, mistakenly thinking that all toilets in Nigeria were like that, before eventually moving to a different room.
Dining Wait Times: With no outside restaurants nearby, I relied on the hotel restaurant. However, waiting over an hour for dinner is standard, and once I even waited over two hours. I recommend ordering in advance and resting in your room until the food is ready.
Noise Level: Music is played at the pool until late at night, making the pool-side rooms quite noisy.
If these operational points are improved, this hotel is a very safe and reliable place to stay, thanks to its high security and 24-hour staff availability.

ゲゲストVoordat ik in het hotel kwam ben ik zeer gastvrij ontvangen, het was voor mij de 1e keer in een vreemd land. Ze zijn professioneel, beleefd, gastvrij en erg serieus over het welzijn van hun gasten. Tot het moment dat ik weg ging hebben ze alles netjes voor mij geregeld taxi etc meer dan dat. Hotel kamer lekker knus en relax.

TThejessicadukeLovely location in central Abuja. The room space was well managed and the hotel is cozy and well maintained. Only thing I’ll say is the hotel needs to get new bedsheets some of them look really old but asides that it is a really good and comfortable please.

ゲゲストアパート自体は美しく、多くの可能性を持っていますが、残念ながら到着時の清潔さは非常に残念でした。アパートは適切に掃除されていないか、数ヶ月間使用されていないようです。キャビネット、ワードローブ、床にはほこりがいたるところにあり、床を自分で拭き、すべてのキャビネットとワードローブをほこりと汚れで覆わなければなりませんでした。
バスルームやトイレもきちんと掃除されておらず、シャワーの中も含めて自分で掃除しなければなりませんでした。
清潔さの問題に加えて、アパートはいいですが、全体的な経験はそれが提示された状態の影響を受けました。経営陣が将来のゲストのための清掃基準を改善できることを願っています。
