The staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long. Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.

Overall, we had a good stay. The best part is definitely the location—it’s beachfront, so it’s very convenient and the view is beautiful. The only downside was the air conditioning. During the morning and midday, it wasn’t enough to cool the room because of the extreme heat, so it felt quite warm inside. However, once it was evening or early morning, the air conditioner worked well and the room became comfortable. If the cooling during the daytime is improved, the stay would be even better.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The location is absolutely stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters creating a tranquil paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort's amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch and greatly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful setting.

The room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

スタッフはとても親切でした。施設は少し古いですが、きちんと管理されていました。部屋は冷房が効いていて、ビデと温水シャワーも使え、十分快適でした。ただ、気に入らなかった点が 2 つあります。とても薄い毛布と、ベッドから遠く離れた部屋の反対側にコンセントが 1 つしかなかったことです。

Our stay at San Juan Hostel was really great. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a short getaway. We loved that there was a pool where we could unwind and enjoy our free time. The location is also very convenient because it is near Kabsat and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt welcoming and peaceful. It was definitely a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay there again.

プールエリアではWi-Fi信号が難しく、フロントデスクに部屋のWi-Fiを修正するように何度も依頼する必要がありました。シャワーの水の出もとても遅かったです。カフェテリアにはウェイターが常駐していないため、注文するにはウェイターを探す必要があります。エアコンは 4 名用の部屋には十分寒くなかったので、部屋に追加のファンを要求する必要がありました。 しかし、プールは特に子供連れには良いです。ビーチエリアもきれいで混雑していないので、それは良い点です。食事の値段も手頃です。自家用車を持っている人にとっては良い場所ですが、通勤者がホテルの外で食事をする場所を見つけるにはかなり遠いでしょう。

I was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
