The apartment at the Don Charlie was large, spacious and immaculately clean. It had an indoor atrium courtyard, very private and in a great area of San Juan. Very close to old San Juan and Condado Beach, restaurants in the area were very good, grocery store nearby if needed. Overall it's a fantastic place to stay, the owners were very nice and hospitable.

ご家族、カップル、またはお一人様でのご滞在に最適なホテルです。ビーチまでは徒歩圏内ですが、ビーチシャトルもご利用いただけます。ジャグジー付きのスイミングプールを併設しています。道路の向かい側には24時間営業の食料品店があります。近くには素敵なレストランもいくつかあります。バレーパーキングは30ドルです。無料の朝食はありません。

This is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.

We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door.

Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors

部屋とプールはとてもきれいでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで効率的で、プールに飲み物を出しました。フロントデスクのスタッフは丁寧で効果的に私の質問に答えました。絶好のロケーション-ミラマーエリアの他の飲食店と同様に、コンダドエリアまで簡単に歩いて行くことができます

위치도 좋고 청결하고 뷰도 좋아서 아주 완벽했습니다!! 프론트도 친절해서 가자마자 맛집 리스트 다 알려줘서 지내는 동안 참고하며 잘 다녔어요 ㅡㅎㅎ

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

The room service is not good, the floor with coffee splash is not cleaned while the bath towels replaced. The laundry is a headache, no coins available and I waited for 40 minutes but the person responsible for the coin exchange is nowhere, and finally the manager  exchanged some coins for me somewhere else. The location is good and easily go to to the old San Juan and airport, many restaurants nearby and gift store options.
