SSAUD ObaidanIt's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried.
I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive
Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

HHeshamMuhammadBusiness trip experience.. One of my best trips.. The hotel is designed to receive you and create a quiet atmosphere for sleep and work.. I really liked the design of the office in the room.. I worked on it for many hours.. It was very comfortable and convenient.. Also, the staff is friendly and respectful (Mohammed and Abdullah).. Thank you very much for the beautiful experience 🙏🏻
