素晴らしい
ゲゲスト先日、本当に素晴らしいクオリティを誇るユースホステルに滞在する機会に恵まれました。住宅街にひっそりと佇むこのホステルは、市内中心部から自転車でわずか10分以内という絶好のロケーションで、静かな隠れ家のような滞在を満喫できました。おかげで夜は穏やかで、安全な環境でぐっすり眠ることができました。
このホステルは、素敵なご夫婦が経営されており、そのホスピタリティは計り知れません。何か問題が起きても快く対応してくれただけでなく、自転車まで貸し出してくれるなど、期待以上のサービスでした。この心遣いのおかげで、ヒューストンでの移動が格段に楽になり、様々な目的地へ素早く移動できました。
このホステルの特徴は、細部へのこだわりと、クッキー、ミルク、シリアル、コーヒー、紅茶など、充実した無料アメニティです。館内の清潔さとスマートテクノロジーが快適な滞在を支え、これまでで最高のホステル体験となりました。白鳥の形に折りたたまれたバスタオルは、オーナーの細部へのこだわりを物語り、優雅さと気配りを添えていました。
まるで我が家のように温かく、オーナーはいつも会話を弾ませ、質問にも熱心に答え、それぞれの物語や経験を語ってくれました。私にとって特に印象的だったのは、リビングルームの壁に飾られた世界地図です。宿泊客はそこに自分の出身国をピンで留めることができ、他の旅行者と楽しく交流できる場となっています。
つまり、このホステルは単なる宿泊場所ではなく、まるで我が家、いや、もっと正確に言えばホームステイのような居心地の良さでした。間違いなく、私がこれまで世界中で宿泊した中で最高のホステルです。我が家のような快適さとホステルの冒険心が融合しています。

ゲゲストThey say nothing is perfect, but this hotel came close! We received a friendly greeting upon entering the lobby, the check-in process was effortless, and although they didn’t have adjoining rooms they ensured that the second room was mere feet away. They allowed us to check-in a bit early into one room and called within 30 mins to inform us that the second room was ready. They also provided the cooktops so that we could make hot meals for our families. Everyone we encountered was very accommodating from the breakfast staff to housekeeping. Hot breakfast was a plus. The only drawback was that the ice machine was inoperable on our floor so we had to venture down to the first floor to retrieve ice.
The rooms were clean, modern, large and definitely accommodated a family of 5 (2 rooms for total of 10 guests). Many restaurants and plenty of shopping is minutes away, but nothing that shares the same street as the hotel although there is a McDonald’s across the highway inside a gas station. I think not being surrounded by eateries helped navigate entering and exiting the parking lot. Total consensus is we will return soon!

I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.
The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere.
That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through.
Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used.
Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

Ccharming_silasThe staff really made the experience above and beyond. We expected a very basic stay, the room and shower/bathroom was extremely clean. The check in/reception was really 100% amazing through and through. They make you feel right at home. Will book here again if needed in the future.

EEbenezerWe stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old.
The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one.
The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed.
The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

ゲゲスト8-9pmの周りで非常に遅くチェックインしましたが、カウンターの女性はとてもフレンドリーで素敵でした。彼女は私たちの旅行と仕事について私たちと話し、利用可能なすべてのアメニティを教えてくれました。部屋は清潔で静かでした。朝の朝食は平均的なホテルの朝食でしたが、朝食の終わりにそれほど近くで見られるよりも多くの選択肢がありました。彼らは最後の時間に朝食の掃除をし始めました。朝食が終わった後、約20分後に最終的に取り除く前に残したものを放牧し続けることができたのでよかったです。自動販売機は本当にかっこよかったです。自宅で何か忘れた場合に備えて購入できる安価なトイレタリーが自動販売機にありました。私はこのホテルに滞在して素晴らしい時間を過ごし、再びその地域にいるなら間違いなく戻ってきます。私は以前にこのブランドのホテル(Choice Hotels)に滞在したことがあり、いつも素晴らしい経験をしました。

TTracy MorganI scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.
