I went to trip.com to get a savings
And instead I paid $60 American dollars more than arriving at the hotel and paying at the front desk, without a reservation. It completely defeats the purpose of utilizing trip.com to save money on a motel. Better to go to the hotel site and see what they have to offer. I sent a message to trip.com and I never got a message back. I was hoping for some sort of compensation. Sincerely J.R
JJeremy SamuelWas decent stay, bathroom needs some updating the silicone around the tub was black and little disgusting. They didnt come into room to clean the garbage or bring any towel or anything... Had to go to front deck to request cans be emptied and new towels, hot tub was out of commission...
