Clean, newer hotel. The only problem was not the hotel but other guests.  There were multiple rager parties going from 11:30 pm to 3am. Loud music, talking, and what it sounded like a loud bang at 3am in the morning.  The hotel needs to control its guests or toss them out.

**5-Star Review for Avid Hotel Auburn** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Perfect budget stay!** Super clean, modern rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff, great location near Auburn University, and tasty breakfast. Amazing value—will definitely return! #Spotless #GreatStay #BudgetFriendly

Older property. Carpet was worn, but room very clean, excellent bed and quiet AC/Heat. Was traveling with 25 trailer and parking was a challenge.

It’s a pretty good place to lay your head overall. But some managers shouldn’t be here.
