部屋は広くて清潔で快適、朝食も美味しいです。徒歩圏内にレストランがあります。ディズニーランドに行く場合、ユニバーサルスタジオには無料のシャトルバスがあるので、子連れの家族にはとても便利です。

ホテルは中心部にあり、スタッフの気配りは非常に良く、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気配りがあり、素晴らしいサービスを提供しています。 10000% 朝食は充実しており、種類が豊富で、とても良いです。しかし、私は掃除が本当に好きではありませんでした。バスルームは非常に汚れていて、掃除をしていないようで、シーツにはさまざまなものの汚れがあったので、0点です。彼らはその点でもっとうまくやるべきだ。

立地は悪くなく、快適に過ごせましたが、前回の滞在から建物が劣化したようで、特に清潔さが落ちているようです。たとえば、私が泊まったバスルームは前の宿泊者の髪の毛でいっぱいで、ハウスキーピング チームが気付いていたはずです。また、私が滞在した当時、建物内のエレベーターがいくつか故障しており、問題があったようです。

全体的に良い滞在でした。スタッフは素晴らしく、親切で、丁寧でした。部屋と廊下はまあまあでした。ベッドは少し短めでした。朝食は普通に提供され、まあまあでした。ヨーグルトはマフィンなどと一緒に冷凍されていました。プールは良かったのですが、ラウンジチェアが全員に足りませんでした。ホットタブは素晴らしく熱かったですが、ジェットが機能しなかったため、むしろ熱いプールになっていました。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。大きな問題はなく、スタッフは素晴らしいです。

6 人家族が Airbnb を 6 日間借りましたが、私と末娘はあと 2 日間滞在したかったのです。だから私たちはローゼンで部屋を借りました。写真で素晴らしく見え、個人的にはさらに美しかったと報告できてうれしいです。とても多くのアメニティがあり、食べ物は素晴らしかったです!The Cattails Bar のプールサイドにあるプルドポーク ナチョスを強くお勧めします (ちなみに、3 人が共有できるほどの大きさです。私たちの部屋は湖とゴルフコースを見下ろしました。なんて美しい景色でしょう!実際にイーグルエアが湖に飛び込んで食事をするのを見ました!屋外で時間を過ごしたい場合は座る日陰の美しい場所がたくさんあり (私はそうしました)、涼むために入る必要がある場合は内部の素敵な座席がありました.おいしい軽食や飲み物が必要な場合は、市場は 24 時間営業しています。警告;市場は高価ですが、とても便利です。食料品店の価格を希望する場合は、Publixはシャトルで、通りを歩いてすぐです。自分で駐車する場合、駐車場は1日28ドルになるという細かい印刷物を読んだはずです。そして、彼らはリゾート料金がないと言っていますが、私はかなり重いと思った付随的な費用があるので、これを一時的にクレジットカードに入れる準備をしてください。もっと時間があれば、スパの提供を楽しんだに違いない。スタッフはプロフェッショナルでとてもフレンドリーでした。私たちは間違いなくここに再び滞在し、そうする予定です!

場所はとても良く、ディズニーランドまでタクシーで約10ドルです。ホテルの階下にはスターバックスと朝食店があり、道路の向かいには多くのレストランがあります。写真はホテル周辺の環境とディズニーへのシャトルバスです！少し時間が合わず、バスの本数も少ないですが、タクシーが便利です。ロビーには無料の飲料水と無料のお湯があることは言及する価値があります。これは大きなプラスです。

私はそれがとても好きで夕食を食べますが、遅れて出てきたのでそれを楽しんでいませんでした

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.
