ゲゲストMy sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.

Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌
My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done!
Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.
ゲゲスト The room was clean good room neighbors were noisy and that really would did it. What did it was a check out time when I booked it it says checkout time before 12 but in reality, the checkout is before 11. And the housekeeper  I’ll try to come in our room around 10:20 AM  there was no controls for the TV that we had in our room and then when we got the newer controls, there was no cable that experience
ゲゲストThe Front Desk there is awful. They are very rude. You asked for their name. They will not tell you you asked to talk to management and they won't let you talk to management. They said they don't have no number for management and they won't even give me their real name. They said they don't have to, and I paid the dog fee every day my dog got some dirt on her feet and got on the bed and there was like paw prints on it but when they came to change the bed lines, they kept my deposit because they said they have to send those out to get them cleaned. It was just dirt. I could've got it out but they made a big deal about it and they kept my deposit of $150 because of that
