Nice modern hotel but very poorly run.
Nobody cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. The breakfast was dire; 2 days running there was no milk or bread in a state which has 1.26 million cows!
The hotel has great facilities like a laundry and ice machines on each floor. It could be amazing and the bad parts have to be down to poor management.
There was a strong smell of hydraulic fluid on the top floor and in the lifts.
The staff looked like they really didn't want to be there, except a lovely lady called Lee on the front desk who was very sympathetic and friendly.
Our mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy, well past their sell-by date. Both my wife and I suffered 7 nights with poor sleep quality and back pain.
We had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room.
On the way to the airport after checking out, I received a notification that they had charged is an additional $150 with no reason given.
When we checked out, we were told that their printer had brocken and they were unable to provide us with an invoice. They promised to email it to us, but 2 days later we still haven't received it.
I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel.
My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.
