ゲゲストRecommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare

ゲゲストNice and clean hotel. Location was great. Some difficulty with the only one entrance and having to cross oncoming traffic. Slightly disappointed with breakfast options and quality but got through it. Staff was more than pleasant and helpful. .

TTaylor M.部屋はきれいでしたが、時代遅れで、チェックインプロセスは私よりも先に顧客の支払いを処理する問題があるので少し荒れていました。隣の部屋がフラッシュするたびに聞こえる紙の薄い壁と廊下でのすべての会話。火災警報は何回も鳴り響いた。
