ゲゲストThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

JJenP4泊の滞在中、到着した瞬間からまるで王様のように扱われました。かなり早いチェックインをお願いしましたが、問題なく追加料金もかかりませんでした。信じられないほど広いラグーンを見下ろすバルコニー付きのアパートメントへ無料アップグレードを提案され、利用しました。ベッドと枕はとても快適でした。
ハウスキーピングスタッフは毎日清掃し、新鮮な水とフルーツを置いてくれました。朝食の品揃えは非常に豊富で、好みに合わせて*を調理してくれる「エッグステーション」もあります。夜は部屋に夕食を注文しましたが、料理もサービスも完璧でした。無料のヨガと太極拳のクラスは追加のボーナスで、ラグーンで2時間カヤックをする機会も得ました。これも無料です。何か手助けが必要な場合は、メッセージを送るだけで即座に返信がありました。レイトチェックアウトもお願いしましたが、問題なく対応してもらえました。ここのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。もし全てのホテルのスタッフがこんなだったら、とつくづく思います！
このリゾートで唯一の欠点はバードルームです。鳥がケージに入れられていて、自由に飛べないことを知りませんでした。これは残念で、宿泊をためらう人もいるかもしれません。リゾート中に鳥がいる環境で、鳥をケージに入れるのは理にかなっていません。この点を除けば、滞在を心から楽しみました。忘れられない体験にしてくれた皆さんに感謝します。

BBilly Looi私たちにとって完璧でした！チェックインから滞在、そしてチェックアウトまで、サービスはとても丁寧で心地よかったです。
温泉は本当に驚きました！そしてスパトリートメントは本当に素晴らしく、もっと入りたいと思いました。
レストランの朝食と夕食はすべて試しましたが、どれも非常にレベルが高く、地元のお店は、ここに比べれば全く感動しません。
滞在後は街を散策する必要すらありません。やることがたくさんありすぎて時間が足りないからです。
メリアのおかげで、フエでの思い出は完璧なものになりました！また必ず戻ってきます。

ゲゲスト今回は主寝室が2つあるヴィラに宿泊しました。部屋は広々としており、アメニティも充実していました。丘の上に建っており、湾を見渡せるロケーションで、インフィニティプールも完備されており、最高の眺めでした！
ホテルの立地はやや不便で、空港からは車で約60分かかります。周辺に商業施設や店舗は一切なく、市街地に出るにはタクシーを呼ぶ必要があり、往復でNT2300元ほどかかります。ヴィラ内にはキッチンがあるので、チェックイン前に食材を買い込んで自炊することも可能です。
ホテル内には3つのレストランがあり、価格はやや高めです（イタリアンレストランのSサイズピザが約NT500元で、味は悪くありませんでした）。朝食は種類豊富で、とても満足できました。朝食時にアルコール提供もありました。
ゲームルームやジムは非常に狭く、設備も不十分でした。
ビーチからの眺めは良かったものの、ライフガードはおらず、アクティビティ施設もありませんでした。共有プールは（水深1.3mと）非常に貧弱で、主に景色を楽しむためのもので、娯楽設備はほとんどありませんでした。
総じて、このホテルは宿泊環境と景色が非常に素晴らしいです。しかし、ショッピングやアクティビティを求める方には、設備が乏しく、立地も不便です。静かにリラックスしたい旅行者には最適な場所です。宿泊費はやや高めですが、法外というほどではありません。

非常に良い
盆盆ダンスランコーというリゾートは全く知りませんでしたが、大正解のホテルでした。
とにかく清潔。部屋は広くメゾネットでプライベートプールがついてます。
外のプールも広くて、プライベートビーチも美しく整備されています。
ホテルの外には外食をするような場所はないので、食事はアンサナランコーか隣のバイヤンツリーのレストランにいくしかないんですが、どのレストランも雰囲気もよいですし、美味しいです。
特に朝食は毎日違うフォースタンドもあり、品数もかなりあります。
ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーでして、フエの世界遺産に行きたいと話したところ、ドライバーの手配などすぐに相談にのってくれました。
こちらでは、すべてドライバーはホテルにお願いしました。Grabの方が安いのもわかりますが、英語が話せ、おしぼり水、傘を用意してくれて、きれいで広い車をいつも用意してくれます。
ラグジュアリーホテルの醍醐味でもありますので、コンシェルジュに何でも相談するのをおすすめします。
また必ず宿泊したいホテル。

匿匿名ユーザー川の美しい景色を望む絶好のロケーションのホテル。丁寧でフレンドリーなサービス。素晴らしい朝食、豊富な品揃え。とても親切な掃除婦さん。ホテル自体は最盛期を過ぎていますが、清潔でサービスも良いです。騒音が嫌いな人は川沿いの部屋を借りた方がいいでしょう。静けさだけでなく、バルコニーから見える美しい景色も楽しめます。ホテルの近くにパブがあるので、夜中まで通りからの騒音がうるさいです。

MMercy到着すると、受付のハンさんが温かく迎えてくれました。私たちのフライトが早朝に出発したので、翌朝の朝食を用意してくれたとても親切な方でした。スタッフは本当に歓迎してくれましたし、部屋は清潔で、プールは素晴らしく、食事も最高でした。

LleemypWe booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems.
1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before.
2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online.
3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them
But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view.
The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.

ゲゲストKhách sạn thuận tiện đi lại gần n*** chỗ du thuyền Sông Hương ra đó ăn uống, đi du thuyền lên chùa Thiên Mụ, dịch vụ xích lô của khách sạn đi vòng quanh nội đô về tối rất đẹp, gần những quán ăn vặt, khu trung tâm mua sắm Vinscom. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, dịch vụ tốt, người phục vụ thân thiện. Mình đi mùa mưa nên khí hậu hơi ẩm các bạn nhớ mang theo ô và áo khoác khi đi chơi

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell.
I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.
Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.
Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.
You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
