ホテル ハンサリン(Hansalinn)

Location great if you want to stay in the city center, it’s close I the Endla Theater, several bars and restaurants. The hotel itself would sooner or later need a renovation but rooms and facilities are still clean and nice. Personnel friendly.

Great location. Idyllic hotel with fireplace in the lobby.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair and dust allover it. Rug on the bathroom floor had many stains on it. It was impossible to lock the room door when leaving. Even tho we were able to lock the door with a key, it didnt actually lock and you were able to just pull it right open again. To be safe, we took all our belongings when going outside. Very thin walls, every sound came clearly through. Cold floors, bad smell in the hallways (it gave a feeling like the walls, floors and furniture had seen some years of hard partying and smoking indoors). Great disappointment, website and pictures were nothing like reality. You take the first step inside and realize you're being scammed. There were a family in the reception complaining same worries which are described above but also added that they had a spider and a spiderweb in their room. On a good side - bed was comfortable. We rearranged our stay and left. Not worth the frustration. Nearby were hotel Rösenplanter and Frost (more expensive) but Rösenplänter was a great place to stay - actually historic outside and inside, high quality accomodation and clean. Rösenplänter also had a steam sauna in their bathroom, much needed relaxiation after night in Hansalinn. In general - do not reccomend!

We loved our stay at Hotel Hansalinn. The staff was superfriendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I can definitely recommend booking the room with the hottub. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main sights and the city centre. Breakfast was great too. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Parnu!

Really awkward customer service, they double booked a room, and told us it was our fault because we used ********** rather than booking with them direct! (which considering ********** has been nothing but expectional during my usage, I found very annoying). We had to get an alternative hotel. Whilst they offered no alternative stay for two days, they did offer a coffee to take away.

Suihkukoppi oli ahdas, vettä tuli vuoroin kylmää ja kuumaa. Sänky oli todella kapea(kapeampi kuin normaali parisänky), joten hieman pieni kahdelle aikuiselle. Aamupala oli TODELLA huono! Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä silloin kun olivat paikalla.

Muutoin erittäin hyvä hotelli, mutta huone oli kahdelle aikuiselle aika ahdas. Huoneessa on oma ilmalämpöpumppu, mikä oli helteellä mainiota.
