I stayed at this hotel very briefly for just one night in January 2024. It's on a quiet street, close to restaurants and stores. The train station is maybe a 15-minute walk. Staff was friendly, room was clean, wifi was fine, bed was comfy, bathroom had lots of hot water, a soap bar and a small shampoo bottle. It's in an older building so for example, you have to be careful because of the dormers and the window was very old and worn. Price was fine. I would stay here again. The boulevard overlooking the mountains is just about three blocks away often some beautiful views.

J”ai séjourné 3 nuits, dans un studio double , pour deux donc, et suis très satisfaite. Tout d'abord , bien entendu l'emplacement est l'atout majeur : en plein centre ville , donnant sur une rue piétonne , et ayant tout de même un parking. Autre atout et pas des moindres, l'accueil, le professionnalisme, l'écoute et l'extrême gentillesse de tout le personnel est à souligner (et très arrangeant pour tout). Ma demande de chambre au calme a été écoutée et appliquée. Ensuite justement, j'ai été bluffé par le calme de cet hotel (et je peux être difficile à ce sujet) , il est étonnant , et donc excellente, parfaite insonorisation (d'ailleurs le vendredi soir un grannnnnnd groupe de jeunes musiciens était présent, et je ne les ai pas entendu malgré les avoir vu discuter au salon extérieur ou sur les balcons , lors de mon arrivée tardive le vendredi) . Ensuite, les chambres sont grandes, très bien agencées, on peut y circuler et y respirer, ce qui est très appréciable, avec de nombreux rangements. tout ceci, additionné au mobilier , pourrait faire rougir certains 4 étoiles bien moins terribles à ce sujet. la douche est grande également. Les petits déj sont bons, en chambre ou en salle, et à prix corrects. dailleurs , par rapport aux prestations, j'ai trouvé le prix des studios tout à fait corrects. le parking est payant, mais le prix des chambres étants corrects, cela fait un tout raisonnable. Si vraiment je devais chipoter sur un détail, ce serait la lumière-minuterie qui s'allume et s'éteint tout le temps à l'extérieur devant les chambres, donc toute la nuit aussi; la chambre avait des rideaux occultants, mais on voit par le dessus, le dessous et les cotés, mais la fenêtre étant en face du lit , en se tournant sur le coté , on finit par faire abstraction. je reviendrais dans cet établissement avec grand plaisir. (sur mes photos il manque la partie table et chaises qui se trouvent devant la fenetre, en face du lit ... pour donner une idée de la taille de la chambre)

夫と私は、ホテルグラモントでの最近の滞在をとても楽しんだ。それは私たち二人に、何年も前にヨーロッパのホテルの方法を思い出させました(良い方法で)、いくつかの近代的なアップグレードがありました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。広場の素晴らしい景色を望む巨大な部屋(アパート全体のようなもの)にアップグレードされました。エアコンは素晴らしく機能し、窓とシャッターは通りの騒音を本当に遮りました。部屋自体は清潔で快適で、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。装飾は少しキッチリかもしれませんが、それぞれが独自のものです。さらに、場所は素晴らしいです-多くの観光スポットや良いレストランに近いです。勉強中はホテルの前に駐車スペースはありませんでしたが、徒歩数分以内に公共駐車場を簡単に見つけることができました。再びその地域にいると、間違いなく戻ってきます。

The hotel is quite centrally located, within 5 min you are at the boulevard des pyrenees. The rooms are quite small, butte fairly well equipped and maintained. We had a room on Level 4 and had a beautiful view to the pyrenees-mountains (similar to the view from the famous boulevard). The parking space is relatively limited and you should reserve a spot beforehand. But two public parking-garages are within 5 min walking distance. The staff was very friendly and is very supportive. We had a serious issue with our car, and the receptionist coordinated all the required activities. Many thanks for that. All in all a clear recommendation. We will definitely return.

Second time in France and first time in Pau. So far this is the best hotel. It exceeded my expectations. We found it very easy, The room was big, having a big wardrobe, many hangers and storage space, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Overall very cozy. The breakfast was great. I regret we did not stay longer in Pau but I'm thinking of another visit. The receptionist was a very polite young man. The hotel must be proud with such employees

Arrived at 1510 hrs, check in is 1500hrs. We were given room 215, as we opened the door, we saw dirty dishes, unmade bed, towels on bathroom floor. Returned to reception, they apologised and gave us room 212. I thought maybe a room upgrade or a complimentary drink at the bar would have been a nice gesture for their mistake. However, we weren't offered anything. Room 212 was clean and well presented with a balcony over looking the park. The superkingsize bed was so comfortable. Lovely toiletries, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Complimentary sparkling and still water in the mini bar. Nespresso coffee machine in the room and a good selection of teas. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Had a couple of drinks at the bar, €32 for 1 gin & tonic and 1 bacardi and coke. Bar service was swift, friendly and professional. We didn't eat at the hotel. We walked through the park to the town, very handy. Check out time is 1200 hrs which is great. I feel that reception staff weren't very friendly, I think there may have been staff training going on.

Easy to find, check in quick Friendly staff. Reception only open till around 7 so no staff about after that but saw people self checking in with no problems. The hotel is a five minute walk to a shopping centre with plenty of eateries and a big supermarket and there is a nice looking bar there too. Within a few minutes drive/ten mins walk there are plenty of takeaways and a couple of late night alimentations. Bus stop into the centre was outside the shopping centre too although we had a car and had no problem with the free parking at the hotel. We had a Superior Studio which looked just like the pictures and was clean and well kept with good amenities, Stove top, Microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. No air conditioning unfortunately but the fan is the room was strong and did a good job. The shower head was loose in our room (315) which we remedied by wedging something on it to keep it upright. Didn’t mention to reception at the time as we kept forgetting but probably an easy fix. The shower was the only problem apart from the size of the glasses which are way too small for a beer or glass of soda. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Terrible manager. When we arrived he was shouting at a young woman & wouldn’t stop. Then it came to our time to deal with him. We asked why the cost was more than the detailed tariff on the reception desk. Big mistake! He staring going on for a long time saying he has to pay 10% commission to ******* etc. We tried to stop him & say that’s fine we understand (though we felt it was not fair). It was hard to stop him even saying 4 times “May we pay now please, we have had a long drive). Also we paid for a triple room on the basis that it was bigger, but he wouldn’t give it as we are just a couple. No reduction for the double he gave us. It wasn’t a great room (photos below). NO WIFI. We took a big breath & went down to ask the manager why no wifi. He went on a long tirade about wifi companies. The scam this hotel has is that you have to receive an email to access the wifi. Of course you can’t do that without wifi. My husband tried this and put his 4G on to get the email but guess what, no access to wifi even with getting the email. Paint issues in the room & horrible old coat hangar thing. Last issue. There was insects in the room (or bed!?). When I lay down in the bed I got these bites. In total we had the worst night we have had ever!! Tonight we are in an NH hotel in San Sebastián in Spain and it is Perfect 10/10!

優れた拠点、競馬場に近く、清潔で快適、非常にフレンドリーなレセプションスタッフ。パウ中心部からはかなりの距離にあり、日曜日と午後7時以降には公共交通機関が困難ですが、タクシーがあります。空港からバス10番で徒歩数分(ヨーロッパで下車) キッチンは大丈夫ですがオーブンはありません(非常に良い電子レンジと2つのリングホブ) 特にレースの拠点を希望する場合、または旅を中断し、独自の交通手段を持っている場合はお勧めします。新年に10泊しました2022/2023
