The hotel was clean, staff was very polite and helpful. The travel desk of the hotel is ***aged by one Mr. Rajesh . He was very helpful, informative and arranged the trip for us to Prayag, Khajuraho and the local tour. The car he had arranged was clean, comfortable. The driver Rohit was knowledgeable, polite and a very good and safe driver. Kept his silence, spoke when he was spoken to and didn't talk on his mobile while driving which we appreciated.

Dear receptionist vaishnavi, I came from Karnataka Kodagu district Madikeri town we have conducted 10 days tour first we went Kashmir and then we came Ayodhya then here Varanasi in whole 10 days very well and I am very happy to say that all that accommodation this was very nice and food facility also very good I have health issue that is stomach ache then here the food committee they gave lemon juice and now I am very well so this is very best only

Aizul Sarkar service is excellent. Very nice food, ambient environment. Exceeds excellence . Hotel location is very good the service of their buffet is soo nice and the lassi was excellent and I loved to eat cornflakes and their sandwich was the best

Good and clean. HOTEL has proxomity to vshwanath temple .Staff is polite ,fod available 24 *7.they hve options for south indian food. Good for stay for few days .ghat is walkable. Nice ambience. You can walk to nice resturants around . !!!!!!
