Prima Vista is a gem of a hotel close to the colorful village of Sivota. The views and sunsets from our terrace were spectacular. The sea is emerald green and turquoise, warm and spotlessly clean. We swam for hours every day. The staff and the lady who owns the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, guests can completely rely on them. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good, we mostly ate fresh fish. Since it is located 10 minutes away from Sivota, the hotel is in a tranquil, verdant setting. I highly recommend the Prima Vista hotel for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. We wish we could have stayed longer than two and half weeks.

Far away from 5star hotel and the room from suite room. The access to the room wasn’t easy as well as the access to the beach(because of the stairs you need to take!) ,but the staff with the mini cars was very friendly! The only good thing was the view from the balcony.

Great location and place, intimate and beautiful little hotel. We took the honeymoon suite with a fenomenal terass overlooking the bay. The sea and nature are fenomenal for swimming and snorkeling. The staff at the hotel are there to make sure you are pampered and taken care off, super clean, nice amenities and great food. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious suite, but no value for money (prices range between 350-400e in August), because the ways the suites are built it too packed with a steep driveway (almost impossible to walk on, you will nees the golf cart the whole time). Receptiob staff communication and the booking experience was poor due to lack of clarity on what is available for what prices (first one suite available, then unavailable etc.). Also, poor communication when asking for late checkout. Things like espresso capsules in the room, cost extra, which is ridiculous.

Very nice environment, friendly staff, however they did not clean our suite every day. Excellent quality of towels and bedsheets Full breakfast Excellent lunch and dinner A great place to relax with friends and family I strongly recommend

A magical experience set against a stunning backdrop, Prima Vista was true to it’s name. The staff always went the extra mile, were friendly but never overbearing, honestly was a beautifully fun and relaxing trip, thank you so much! Missing it already

Perfect hotel from every aspect for a family with kids!!! The hotel is located over a beautiful beach well protected from boats. So the kids can freely swim or kanoy. The rooms are located on the hill..just above the beach providing excellent view. Also golf cars ar available at all time to drive you through.. Personally I preferred walking. Food was more than perfect...do try the sweets... Staff was sincerely gentle and friendly. The rooms we re large, clean and with amazing gardens. Finally the hotel made sure that umbrellas were available for you with clean towels. We will certainly return to the hotel next year!!

We stayed in the Prima Vista Executive suite with a family of 4. The room was lovely with the most fantastic terrac e with an amazing view. the room was modern and well equipped. We all loved the buffet breakfast which varied each day and the kids ate a huge amount of pancakes, cakes, pastries and there was lots of fresh fruit. The pool was lovely and a great temperature so you could stay in for a long time, it wasnt very busy when we were there which was nice. The beach gets very busy later in the day but if you ask reception to save you sunbeds for the beach they will save you a front line spot. It was fun swimming to the island and taking a pedalo around the island. The hotel were incredibly helpful arranging parasailing and banana boat etc on nearby beaches and taxis to get around. The only minor fault was the gym which was totally unusable with very old equipment that didn't work and it was like a sauna. I mentioned it to reception at the end and they werent aware as they said very few people use it, they were going to look into improving it. Overall it was a great helpful with friendly helpful staff.

Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean respecting all COVID-19 measures. In front of the hotel there is the Agia Paraskevi beach , one of the best in the area. A bit little expensive though. It is 10min from Syvota village and 30min from Parga.
