ホテル レグア ドゥオロ(Hotel Regua Douro)

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé juste en face de la gare de Régua, au bord du Douro. Chambre très spacieuse. Bel accueil. Bar bien agréable avec vue sur le fleuve.

Loved the hotel. It's right in the start of our driving tour of the Douro Valley.

Zona fantástica, quartos espaçosos e com uma vista maravilhosa. A relação qualidade preço é satisfatória. O pequeno-almoço, tem imensa variedade e qualidade. A precisar de remodelações, mas os outros pontos positivos ajudam a esquecer

Stayed for 3 nights. Large hotel but looking a little tired. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking towards the town except you couldn’t see out of the windows for the covering on them and the window no key opened a small amount. Above us was the restaurant and it’s was very noisy late at night and at 6 am with them moving things around up there. We had booked to eat there the first night but when we arrived at the restaurant we were told it was now a buffet, this was disappointing, I certainly didn’t get value for money. Breakfast was ok scrambled egg, mushrooms but no granola. Location is brilliant for this hotel though but if I went to stay in Régua I would look at the other hotel.

Staff very friendly and pleasant. Hotel looks a bit tired. We stayed on the second floor under the restaurants and could hear tables, chairs moving at gone 11 at night and 6 in the morning. Our room had horrible frosted windows so we couldn’t see out. We had booked the restaurant for our first night as liked the menu, when we arrived were told it had been changed to a buffet as a coach party in, I struggled for food choice as pork dish was mixed with clams. Chose to eat in Regua the other nights.

Hotel com uma vista excelente. Da varando do quarto a vista s/ o douro era lindíssima. Pequeno almoço muito bom sempre a reporem, sem que deixassem faltar nada. Tem piscina mas não aproveitamos. Bem localizado, perto do cais e da estação de comboios.

We were offered a switch to a river view when we checked in and it was well worth it. We got a fabulous view across to the Sandeman's estate opposite and of the river either side. The room itself was very good, decent size, quiet and comfortable. Service was superb apart from the long wait at times to get a drink at the bar. It was worth the wait for the very comfortable lounge which had a huge picture window overlooking the Douro. Breakfast is very good, a well stacked buffet with a wide variety of items. Only disappoin**ent was the restaurant where we decided to eat one night only to find a pretty poor buffet set up for a large coach party staying that night. If we had known we would have eaten at one of the many alternatives outside.
