This resort is terrible. Our room included stained furniture, broken decor, a rusted and dirty shower and a broken electrical outlet. They give you rules for the pool when you check in, but since the pool is staffed by literal teenagers all the rules were broken because they cannot command any authority. So the pool is littered with all kinds of floating devices and balls that are supposedly prohibited. You will also encounter kids and adults alike who cannot help but dive and cannonball even though those actions are also prohibited. The only saving grace for this place is the bar…seriously.
Love the Retro Style. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean & quiet. Heater was all or nothing (fan/motor constant), but once room was warm, we shut it off till morning & stayed warm enough. The breakfast/lounge room was quirky with lots of games & bar area. Landscaping on the property was also nicely done. The park next door was great for walking our dog. Definitely will stay here again!!!
New hotel a block from COSTCO. Even though it is backed up to the freeway, is very quiet. Nice lobby and a better than average hotel breakfast in a nice and bright room. Better signage on the road to get in would be helpful. Given it is a new hotel, everything was clean and in great repair. Definitely a place we would stay in again in Santa Rosa.
Visiting family and wanted to stay in Sonoma. Everything was so expensive, I found this BW in Santa Rosa. I used points to get a cheaper rate. Joel looks like it was a very nice motel back in the day. Larger than expected. Our room was in the back, and was clean and updated. It was fine for our overnight stay. Room had a smell when we walked in and had to open slider for fresh air. We discovered a little potion that overlooks pool. I was disappointed we hadn’t arrived earlier so we could sit out there. There were two lotion bottles, and one was half empty. Must of been left from previous guest. That kind of upset my husband.
