クオリティ イン ペタルマ - ソノマ(Quality Inn Petaluma)

This is my favorite place along the highway in Sonoma county. It's clean, comfortable, and priced right. Plus their staff are excellent. I always look forward to my stay.

I got charged double on my stay. I only stayed one night and it shows an extra night. I will be disputing with my bank and Quality Inn.

The man who was at the reservation desk wasn’t pleasant, but he did his job. I often wish people would smile and make you feel welcomed. The place is not bad for the price point. The place wasn’t bad, it was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I used the gym, which was a room converted into a simple work out room. I could not use the pool or hot tub because it was cold outside. The breakfast was average, but a welcoming lady manages it, and the food was not bad.

Front desk did a good job signing me in.room is nice easy access I like that.enjoyed the stay. Recommend.

I have stayed at this property so many times throughout the years this is the first time I've had such a bad experience upon arrival we were told that our room it's not available two Queens with a jacuzzi we receive one King standard room with a shower gentleman said they were sold out on the one I purchased so we can take this one I need to take this one and they will change it in the morning it never got changed I was also told that even though I purchased that room it was not guarantee it was guaranteed first come first serve that makes no sense why would I purchase when you will not get it I had to change room myself 3:30 in the afternoon the lady on staff was very helpful to get the wrong room change also I was advice on check in that I would be refunded for the problem on Friday that never happened

Location was ideal and offered with plenty of dining options, staff was professional and pleasant. Safe with great parking availability.

They were very helpful and attentive when emailed. The comp breakfast was a nice finish.

Quick check-in. All basic amenities in place. Super clean and spacious 2Q room. Good breakfast variety. Parking close proximity to rooms. Thank you for a clean and safe overnight stay!

Did not stay and was fraudulently charged for two nights I did not check in for. Sill and open case awaiting payment back for them stealing money. I would highly recommend staying away from this as even management is currupted
