コットンウッド イン(Cottonwood Inn & Suites)

Nice convenient place to stay. Extremely quick check-in, which is greatly appreciated after a long day at work

Breakfast had frozen eggs and sausage. Limited pastries. People seldom at front desk. Dinning area needed vacuumed. Still had Halloween decorations along with Chris**as decorations in December.

The room and facilities were not very clean. Attendant was not in the office to check, we had to wait to check in. Attendant was not available at check out either. We did not eat at the facility due to the conditions of the facility.

Everything from the parking lot to the stairways to the outdoor hallways was unkept & dirty ... as walk down the hallway seeing thick cobwebs in a handful of the rooms made me wonder when the last time my room or the other rooms were truly cleaned. Inside my room looked decent and clean.

Area outside my room which was in a breeze way was really dirty with trash looked like it was never picked up. But the staff was great.

my door lock was defective. half of room light bulbs were burned out. parking lot was not paved rear of building and pool area was a junk yard

It’s an older motel. It was clean ,3 lights didn’t work. The shower head was partially plugged. The towels were very thin and the phone didn’t work. The bed was OK and the AC worked so it took care of our needs

Found a Doritos bag under the bed, several lights did not work, water dripping on stairs, pool out of service. The hotel changed the rate for my mothers room and would not honor the stated rate when she made her reservation.

This was fine for the price point. I do have a problem with the AC units they have in places like this since they tend to be a bit noisy. The place seemed to be full of people who just wanted to sleep so it wasn't rowdy or anything.
