WAS VISITING FRIENDS IN THE AREA AND CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR HOW CLOSE IT WAS TO THE AREA WE WANTED TO BE !!! I ALSO CHOSE IT FOR IT'S PRICE AND BECAUSE IT WAS PET FRIENDLY AND WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HOW WE WERE TREATED !!!

Wifi does not work at all tired all night was charged an unknown $60 deposit which should be told before booking or during booking was pressured about non smoking policy based off looks smh no remote in my room at all for tv and mold in my refrigerator id like a refund

The staff was great. However, the bed was dirty, there was no hot water, & we got a "goodie" bag as a breakfast.

I had to change room and the new room was just as dirty and the tv don’t work

No free breakfast as advertised and had to take a cold shower due to no hot water. Had to check into another hotel because of that.

Their breakfast was a brown bag with a small orange or apple and a few processed packages. Pathetic. The rooms they gave us was occupied by others. They had to search for empty rooms. The told my friend they could not honour his reservation, they were over booked. He had to find another hotel.

Property was conveniently off I-20, seemed put together until we got into the room where the shower was dirty and didn’t run hot. Booked and was asked how many beds I needed but still didn’t get what I asked for, sharing one bed for 4 people was rough but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for service. All night there was noise with people screaming and shouting, doors slamming shut and furniture moving around. If it wasn’t late in the night/early morning, I would have packed the kids up and went somewhere else but honestly was scared. Hotel was suppose to have breakfast but there was nothing prepared at all and no one at the front desk or around property to go check out or speak with. Will never stay there again or suggest it to anyone in that area.

I came in on my second night and got to the room and my key didn’t work.Went to the receptionist and he said I only had 1 night reserved when I knew for sure it was 2 he checked and seen it was actually 2 nights as well..they had taken all my belongings and put them in a office this was unacceptable and very displeasing I do not at all recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We came to visit our son and the Hotel was clean, new and fresh.

Breakfast poor and if don't ask for the bag breakfast they don't give it to you

This property is "currently renovating" and didn't have any hot water.

Perfect.
