connivance and good location

The surrounding atmosphere is good and shady. Clean accommodations, soft beds, good service staff.

Generally looks clean, but we found a pair of underwear and used towel beside the couch (at the corner of the room)… there was also a foul sewage smell from presumably the sink. Didn’t have amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush/toothpaste kit nor room slippers but that’s alright given the price. Would be good if there’s a rubbish bin in the room below the desk rather than only one small one in the bathroom.

Located near city and clean.

The location is not far from the CBD but not recommend for the traveller who not drive there. Good location and value for money.

Its simple hotel clean, car park was packed most of every night during my stay. Hotel is quite new and got everything I need.
