The staff were exceptional. Very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Room and facilities were very clean. Will definitely book here again for future trips.

The hot water in our shower wasn’t very hot , definitely a negative. Coffee pot wasn’t working right, so the brew went all over the dresser top. Other than that , we love staying here. Room 110 . So if u book here beware of 110 if u like a hot shower.

Overall was a good experience and would stay again. The staff attended to everything asked for which granted wasn’t much but that’s all I have to go by. The only small downside I could gripe about was parking which wasn’t terrible but can get tight for sure

Check in was kind of slow. Only one lady working and the phones were ringing off the hook. It went ok afterwards. There’s not a lot of parking on the main level. We went to get on the elevator to go upstairs and there was no response from the elevator. I went to tell the lady at the front desk and she says again…? This was just the first night. I won’t be back. I had high hopes and they were quickly let down.

Hotel erroneously charged us $200.56 on January 2, two days after we checked out. We checked out December 30. They claimed the reason for the additional charge was that a second reservation had been made through *******, however, if that were true, why didn't we have an email from ******* showing there were two reservations? Here's what I believe happened. There was an issue with the first room we checked into, so the desk clerk kindly put us in another room which was an upgrade. Which wasn't our fault, but the owner I guess decided to charge us more after we checked out. I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and I do have a lot of disabilities from my time in service. In fact, I will be having surgery next week at Alvin C. York Veteran's hospital in Murfreesboro. I only say this because I don't feel good all the time and something like this causes me a lot of stress. I knew something was weird because when we checked out, the man and woman at the front desk told us we couldn't have a receipt because we had made our reservations through *******. That felt weird to me and I didn't push the issue. I probably should have because they wouldn't have later charged me an additional $200.56.

Hotel is in great condition. Very clean. Nice size tv. Carful on bed frame though. Metal that holds mattress sticks out and wife nailed her knee on it. Will still be our go to hotel from now on.

We usually stay at a resort or cabin but this was a quick one night and I was very impressed for a Best Western. We had a loft room and everything was nice and clean plus updated. Breakfast was better than I’ve had at 4 star hotels and pack your swimsuit the pool is heated outside year round at 80-81 degrees!

Loved this place. Nice staff, clean, easy to get around, easy parking and great breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.

The stay was fine bed really not that comfortable but not horrible other. The room was nice and clean if I could give some advice the lights on the balcony should go off after 10 not stay on all night it shines in the room even with certain r close it still shine in
