Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

The hotel was extremely clean. The food was delicious with an extensive choice for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. Lovely welcome when we arrived with a complementary drink. There were plenty of loungers available around the pool area. The room was spacious with a lounge area, balconny, good size bathroom and bedroom. There was a coffee machine and we requested a kettle which we received streaight away. Some nice touches included such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries and towels provided to uses around the pool. The accomodation is approx 10 min walk to the beach and is situated between the harbour and marina which are both approx 15 minute walk away. The beach was lovely and once again plenty of loungers which cost 12 euros for 2 loungers and a sunshade. The supermarket opposite the hotel was closed when we stayed there. Definitely recommend this property.

Just as the title says really, this hotel is in no way 4 star. The rooms are tired, grubby and dated. The air conditioning units are extremely noisy and don't cool the room less than 21 degrees, so I'd hate to be staying here in the height of summer. The couch in the room was just absolutely filthy. Disgusting actually. Ants were crawling over the walls. Floor tiles were smashed and cracked. The shower flooded and the bathroom was soaked although in fairness this was rectified by maintenance very quickly. The balcony was never swept of all the leaves during the entire stay. The food was grim. Breakfast was repetitive and boring. Dinner was exactly the same. The food was lukewarm so by the time you got back to your table, it was cold. Such a small selection overall and completely disappointing. The 2 pools are grubby. Need a good clean and to be painted. Some positives: The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The grounds were kept immaculate. Plenty of parking on tbe Street outside if you hire a car. Short walk to the beach and shops. No blasting music by the pool every day which was great. I wouldn't return here unless it had a full refurbishment.

Stayed for one week on B&B terms at this 4* hotel. Great location - 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca town along coastal promenade, or Rubicon Marina in opposite direction. Plenty of restaurants in both. Well stocked supermarket just across the road - very handy. Adults only. Comfortable ground floor 'suite' comprising large bedroom with superking size bed (a bit firm). Excellent bathroom with toiletries supplied. Lounge with wardrobes, fridge, Nespresso machine (some capsule included) but no kettle - available from reception. Leads through patio doors to terrace facing the pool area with 2 chairs, table and sun lounger. Shady but great for relaxation. Pool access is important as we could step out of the room directly whereas the main room entry was less accessible at the rear of the block. First floor rooms enjoy more sunshine but not directly accessible. There are 2 pools - one allegedly heated (but both very cold on our visit). Pool area is well maintained and pool loungers are supremely comfortable but have plastic covers which get very hot in the sunshine - added to which you are only given one beach towel each which is of insufficient size - so bring extra towels! We think the hotel should consider making towels available on demand. This being an all-inclusive resort if selected, there is a single restaurant with buffet style service. We didn't have lunch or dinner there (better opportunities elsewhere). Breakfast was OK and a decent continental selection, but busy with hot food presented under heated lamps - temperature was lukewarm. There is a fresh eggs station - but limited offering. Service was good throughout. Room was maintained spotlessly; reception team helpful. Bar service more spotty and occasionally busy. Musical entertainment around the pool most days, of mixed quality but (apart from DJ on one day) pleasant enough and not too intrusive So come here for great location, decent rooms, good service, comfortable loungers and adults only. We thought excellent value and would return. Happy to recommend

Hotel and staff are great food 4-10 had all inclusive and went out down the marina for some great meals. Didn’t like the smoking at the outside pool bar when you’re eating lunch also when you are watching the shows at night. The drinks are branded. The Italian restaurant was not good and closed on a Friday and Saturday. If you see reviews saying the food is awful that’s not true it’s just not for everyone. Far better food when you eat out.I would not come back here again.

Visited for my wife's birthday, the hotel itself is very well looked after, the grounds are in the best shape I've seen for a while at a hotel. The rooms are starting to look like they will need some refreshing soon though but still was happy with ours but wish the pillows were better! Pool area very nice, always sunbeds and the entertainment was just the right amount and never really intrusive. We enjoy getting out and about and the hotel is in a fantastic spot for this, so accessible for the marina, beach and shops. So why only 4 stars? The food I'm afraid particularly evenings. Just simply not good enough for a 4 star boutique hotel, the best meal we had all week was down at Mr Panda for a Chinese. I'm not sure if there have been attempts to save money with the food decisions but it will really need reviewed and brought back up to standard as I wouldn't recommend for people to visit unless they are happy with generic grilled meats with pasta or rice each night.

The staff we so very friendly & the hotel was very clean; housekeeping every day if you wanted. Restaurant very good as was entertainment. Only thing that marred our holiday was our patio overlooked a public car park & we felt that we couldn’t sit outside. The other thing that really annoyed us was the fact that although the policy of the hotel is that no sun beds are reserved, every morning towels were put out on the only sun beds with umbrellas. It’s only a small hotel so surely every 2 sun beds could have an umbrella! It was so hot that to get some shade we paid for an umbrella at the beach! Such a shame as other than that, we had a really lovely holiday. So please, not much to ask of a small hotel, invest in more umbrellas 🙏.

What a fabulous week away for my first visit to Lanzarote. I knew I would like Playa Blanca as my sister and brother-in-law love it, but I decided against Sandos Papa***o and stayed here instead as a great central location. What an absolute star of a hotel. I am in my fifties, a solo vegetarian traveller and immediately felt at home from the welcome glass of cava to every member of staff. I really liked the low rise village type feel. My suite was large and comprised of an incredibly comfortable bed (boy did I sleep well), a fab bathroom, lounge and large balcony. The food was fantastic; I don't approach Spanish half board with great expectation as a vegetarian, but choose it as it is quicker when I have lots of trips and walks booked. Well, easily the best food I have EVER had in a Spanish hotel. Great breakfasts, actual variety of vegetarian food and delicious desserts. The pool bar served food and drinks at a very reasonable price and I loved the vibe around the pool where I swam and never had any issue getting a sun lounger. Would I go back? In an absolute heartbeat. Great value for money, immaculately kept and just total relaxation. Thank you!

Very nice hotel ,comfortable beds, very clean and in a good spot for walking to amenities .Entertainment at the pool every night and all were very good , we only went bed and breakfast but plenty of choice every morning, pool bar staff a little slow on service but we told them and they understood our concern and reported it to reception .Would recommend a visit to this hotel.
