Loved staying here! Right on 5th Avenue in the heart of Playa. Not on the beach but there are lots of places to get to the beach in minutes. The room was spotless and lovely. Bed was so comfortable. Sheets and comforter were the softest I’ve ever felt! We could hear a little of the street noise in the late evening but it shuts down and the hotel itself was very quiet. Front desk staff lovely and helpful. Thanks especially to Maria! Breakfast continental was included at the Italian restaurant on the corner which was good and convenient. Great if you want a quiet oasis after a day of fun in Playa!

We went as a family (2 adults and a teenager), we liked the hotel, location, price and their wonderful customer service.
BUT beds were super uncomfortable, they need new mattresses!

loved this hotel! we got the suite with private balcony and jet tub.. it was so nice! the lobby was beautiful and the staff was super nice and accommodating. only thing I didnt care for, was the bed was not soft, but I sill got good sleep. the hotel is situated right on La Quinta Avenida, so there are alot of options for food and the area felt safe and all the people around are helpful if you need anything.

Loud music but it wasn’t a bother to us. On 5th street and everything was close by. Bed are hard!! We booked 6 rooms (big family) all agree the beds were horrible. Overall 4/5 due to location, staff and cleanliness

With the exception of parking it was great. Our car got booted for not paying the meter. The meters were not working and I could not get them to understand. It was 9 pm and could not contact anyone. Other than that it was a great stay
