I get to the room after work and it hadn’t been cleaned from the customer before and I went to get a different room and the next room I got was even worst then the first! But after the third I got a live able room. They did not have any room service during my stay

My room was not cleaned 1 time in the 2 weeks i was there. There was blood on the pillow and comforter when i checked in. I had to buy my own toilet paper and wash my own towels and linens. Only reason i stayed is due to a situation.

The manager was a little hard to understand. I called from out of town because of the storm approaching, I was going to be late, and wanted someone else that I was sharing my room with to check in. They did what I asked, but gave us a SMALLER, *ONE BED* ROOM, not the *2 beds* I paid extra for! The room was disgusting, dirty, there was a ton of facial hair in the bathroom sink drain and a green slime ring around the tub and drain. I could tell it hadn't been cleaned. The water from the tub faucet was pouring all round the faucet for some reason, (which at least the water was hot...). Bed was a bit hard but what can ya say. TV was OK. Heater worked and got hot fast but was a little stuffy smelling.

No one at desk during check in, had to call a number to get someone. Felt as if I was bothering that person.

It was ok. Check in was slow, carpets worn ( small holes) but room was clean and staff friendly. It was about what I expected.

There was no Hot water both days .. Couldn't get a refund.. Very disappointed!!

Considering this is a windham hotel, i was not impressed. The motel itself smelled like an old ashtray, even though there are no smoking signs on all of the room doors. Unprofessional, word document signs hanging all over. I guess you get what you pay for

This property has obviously been here fir a long time. It’s very outdated and could stand a deep cleaning. But the sheets were clean and all I needed was a bed

The property is in terrible condition! Doors dont open or close properly. Carpet is threadbaren with seams laying open. Walls have repairs that haven't been completed. The brrakfast was almost a joke nutritionally.Exterior doors had confusing signage saying both Exit and Emergency Exit only. Heat in room was either full blast or cold blower. Sheets and pillow cases were so thin you could read the tags on the pillows through them. I will NOT stay here ever again. Even though i have stay at the location many times in the past.
