I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

No ano passado, em 2022, tive uma ótima experiência, porém, esse ano fiquei extremamente decepcionada. A decepção começou na entrada, chegamos às 14h do dia 24/12 (checkin é às 16hs). E logo disseram que se passássemos a cancela, teríamos que pagar 150,00 por pessoa (exceto criança). Como estava com meu marido e filhos, ficar duas horas esperando no carro não era uma boa opção. Escolhemos pelo pagamento da taxa de 150,00 (total 300,00). Assim que chegamos na recepção, vimos que o “papai noel” ia começar a entrega dos presentes às 15h. Agora imagina se nós tivéssemos optado por não pagar a taxa de 150,00 por pessoa: os meus filhos não teriam participado da entrega do presente pelo papai noel, sendo que o meu filho estava esperando ansiosamente pelo momento desde que falamos que iríamos para o Natal no hotel fazenda. No ano passado, a entrega foi em um salão amplo e nesse ano, em uma sala pequena com a orientação de que só as crianças poderiam entrar. Os pais teriam que ficar de longe ou olhar pela janela. Situação péssima! A decepção continuou quando entramos no quarto. A torneira da pia da “sala” estava com vazamento, que molhou toda a pia. Avisamos por dois dias seguidos a recepção e nada foi feito. A próxima decepção foi a ceia. No ano passado, as mesas tinham taças e a decoração estava linda, neste ano, a taça foi trocada por copo descartável (aquele em que bebemos água na recepção de consultório médico). As comidas nas refeições iam acabando e não eram repostas. E se eram, vinham de qualquer jeito, como por exemplo, o espaguete com alho, na reposição veio o espaguete com a água do cozimento mesmo, sem escorrer e sem tempero, bem mais prático, não é? (Irônica). O suco é artificial (pior que Tang) e horrível. Seria melhor dizer que a bebida inclusa é água com açúcar e conservantes. Continuando com a decepção, o horário do café da manhã também tinha mudado. Antes começava a ser servido cedo. Agora começa às 8hs e finaliza às 10hs. Para quem tem duas crianças que acordam às 6h, o jeito foi ficar escutando por duas horas reclamação de fome. Antes do término do horário das refeições, as bandejas já são retiradas e já vão finalizando o atendimento. Para finalizar, meu marido precisava trabalhar de “home office” e, ano passado, tinha uma sala reservada para isso, neste ano, já não havia sala e o pior, não havia internet Wi-Fi disponível. A desculpa foi que houve rompimento da fibra óptica. Será que quando meu marido ligou na empresa para avisar a falta de internet, acreditaram? Para ter uma ideia, economizam até no papel higiênico. O papel acabou, solicitamos na recepção e foi entregue depois de 3 horas, após duas solicitações. Resumindo, o que era pra ser um passeio feliz, foi só frustração. O dinheiro que pensamos ter sido bem investido foi jogado fora. Eu não recomendo mais. Ainda, uma tal de Mariana, na recepção, não parava de xingar o cliente que tinha solicitado que na Nota Fiscal viesse discriminado o consumo e, com palavras de baixo calão a
