Hotel Sand Heaven

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great .,,,I just visited in the month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

good place to stay in Port Blair. very co-operative staff. holtel was clean and hygienic. i would suggest to book it with breakfast as they had variety of items in breakfast. as it is near to airport ( 5 min from airport) you can travel anywhere easily without any hassle.

The stay was pleasant over there. The restaurant over the top of the hotel is a good one to eat dinner. Overall it was a nice stay.

our flight from Bangalore to portblair got cancelled. other hotels which we booked had either refunded the entire amount or taken the request for date change. this is the only hotel which has not obliged us with any of our request. this hotel. This happened inspite of us connected directlywith the hotel and sharing our genuine concern. any hotel will accept for partial refund or date change in such kind of eventuality. they were acting as an exceptional hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone who don't show any empathy towards genuine customer request

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the airport. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very polite and courteous! they also cater to veg and jain food requirements which is a plus.

Excellent stay and complimentary breakfast. Their rooms and washroom are neat and clean, washroom has all the necessary supplies and warm water (if needed). Room has refrigerator and a locker which is a must these days while traveling. Water heater for drinking purpose was available in the room as well. The bonus was having all the streaming services pre-logged in and ready to use. Talk about having a personalized experience. The room service was excellent, and the commute was accessible via scooters that was made available by the hotel (separate service, chargeable, facilitated by the Hotel staff). The quality of food was delicious and healthy. Overall a comfortable stay. Just one heads-up, if you are not used to soft mattress, request a hard mattress or equivalent to ease your sleep.
