Grenadine House is a small, but charming hotel in Kingstown. It has only 18 rooms. But the rooms have character. I was upgraded to a superior room, with a king-size bed. It was spacious and comfortable. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, I was greeted warmly by Keisha. She provided excellent service during my five-night stay. The food was tasty and I had a nice view from the restaurant's terrace. A continental breakfast is included, but if you want extras, you will have to pay. I enjoyed the banana crepes. I also liked the Vincy breakfast--Cod fish and bakes with fried plantains. Sundays are very peaceful in St. Vincent. I spent much of the day at the hotel's swimming pool. I sat on the steps with my body submerged in the clear water and my head above water. It was refreshing. Then I went to my lounge chair to relax. The staff at the hotel arranged island tours, both on St. Vincent and for a day trip to Bequia. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Used this hotel for a event and it was the worst experience doing business with them. The staff was rude, aggressive and unprofessional. The hotel's management did not meet the basic requirements agreed upon though they were paid more then their deposit. Would never recommend to anyone. Will never go back...

We stayed at Grenadine House for my birthday and for a few days before heading to Bequia. The staff was wonderful and kept the rum punch coming as requested. We tried several local restaurants and the food at the hotel really as good as the restaurants. We did not use the pool but did use the pool chairs. We also did not use the gym. We didn't use the pool but it looked pretty and clean, there is also a gym. We went to some local bars that were not very crowded and ended up back at the hotel for a Salsa night, which was really fun. They had several theme nights during our visit as well as a buffet brunch that was also great. If you are in Saint Vincent or are staying as a layover to Bequia, we do recommend Grenadine House.

Had a good stay for a weekend before leaving for another island. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. All email responses were prompt. They can assist in transfers and excursions. The location can’t be beat. Nice view over the port, and within walking distance if you wanted to walk down into the city. The hotel has significant historical meaning, which the staff will tell you about upon arrival. With that said, our room was extremely small. It was hard for two people to change or get around in the morning at the same time. The bed was uncomfortably firm as well. Also keep in mind, this hotel is located within the city. The noise can be heard all night, mostly in the way of barking dogs and roosters. All in all, good home base for a weekend. I would stay here again.

We received a warm welcome (and a rum punch) on arrival after a long journey via Barbados. Our room was comfortable with a large balcony. Dinner was very tasty and efficiently served. Likewise breakfast. The transfers from the airport and to the ferry were handled smoothly. We stayed for one night only as we were heading for the sister hotel in Bequia, but this was a very good way to make that journey.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff and management who care about their guests. The rooms are clean, well furnished and have large beds. Every morning we enjoyed a well-organized breakfast in the West Indies Bar. The hotel has an excellent kitchen staff: among other things, we ate the best-tasting fish dish in years. We certainly hope to come back here again.

We have so loved staying here at the Grenadine House. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated in the historic island decor, very comfortable, super clean. The bar and restaurant will accommodate you fully and the pool will not disappoint. It’s got an unforgettable view, please book a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and come! There isn’t a better place!

Pros: The location is great as you can walk down to the town. On arrival we were greeted with refreshing cold mint towels which really helped with the heat. Really friendly staff, our driver, Mr greaves was most helpful and accommodating. He was able to take us around everywhere we wanted to go and provided us with a guide to La Soufriere. Cons: continental breakfast inclusive package was completely vegan (would have been nice to know before hand) and food took more than an hour to be prepared.

This is a beautiful hotel. Definitely has that Vincy vibe! Conveniently located within five minutes of the Ferry dock and 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. But the best part of this hotel experience are the staff and Manager Isola. Isola is very accommodating and the staff Chavid, Valerie, Luka, Lee, Dee and Joelle are extremely attentive and friendly! Chefs Zoe and Karen create island favorites that are delicious! I highly recommend a stay here!
