Went to check the room as soon as I got the key, as I always do before bringing my stuff in. Looked like they swept the floor into the hallway in front of the door. The freezer was full of ice. Looks like they purchased refrigerators with freezers that aren't frost free or mine doesn't work. Keep in mind this place has been open only about 2 months. They sent a cleaner in to get the ice out of the freezer and she chipped it off all over the floor and with "an attitude". Cleaned the floor up also outside the door. Stayed there 4 nights and the last 2 nights the ice machine(only 1 in the building) was broken. The floors in my rooms had crumbs under the bed and in the corners of the room. They don't provide hand towels either. Wash clothes and Bath towels only??? I was told it was an "extended stay" Needless to say I wasn't too impressed with the place nor the workers there.

Tasha the General Manager was amazing, very polite and courteous. The entire staff was. She is just the only name that I know of. The entire check in process was smooth. Room was very clean and the A/C was to my liking which is important in FL! Only complaint would be the noisy neighbors up stairs at 1:00am , but kids will be kids…. That is no fault of the hotel, and they were quick to call and tell them to keep it down, and I didn’t hear anything else after that. Definitely plan to stay again. Thank you

The hotel was clean and the staff were professional. The one drawback was there were no coffee pots in the room, and the coffee machine in lobby was broken when I arrived--I like coffee in the evening. Thankfully they had it fixed by the next morning. All in all, the hotel was nice.

Checked in lady gave me a key, did not go straight to room. When I came back hours later, someone else was in the room. No hand towels and no shower soap in bathroom.

Hotel was new, the suite was great except our refrigerator didnt work. No curtains on windows only wooden blinds so light comes in. Will definately stay again, great location, walking distance (0.2 mile) to millers ale house and CVS and a full plaza of shops and other resteraunts.

Room was filthy. Floors hadn't been cleaned in months. Shower and sink dirty. Stayed 4 nights they not once cleaned my room. Its an extended stay hotel with kitchen but you have to PURCHASE pots and pans AND dishes and glasses. Ridiculous. Front desk was zero help with anything. If a CLEAN room and public areas are important to you dont stay here. I would give a zero if i could.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. No coffee pot in room. No shampoo in room. Bed mattress was not very comfortable. Location is good. No breakfast. You are on your own.

Fair place to stay. No breakfast and they ran out of shampoo and conditioner. Shower is warm, not hot. Otherwise comfy. Plenty of spaces in the parking lot. Good food nearby.
