Eight guests is our limit.The four bedroom two bath main house is for guests; we have a tenant in an apartment upstairs which has its own entry and deck. Guests also get the driveway (where you can park up to 3 cars single file), the front porch, and the back yard. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. There are so many restaurants and bars within blocks of the house. There are shops, art galleries, the well-stocked Alberta Co-op grocery, and a Zoom care all within steps of the house. It's super private, and the living/outdoor spaces do not intersect with the upstairs tenant's area at all. The front porch is a great place to watch the neighborhood walk by, and the big back yard has a beautiful gazebo with two couches and dining table with umbrella and a dining table with six chairs and a huge umbrella. We are uniquely situated very close to downtown and hip east side neighborhoods, while also being tucked away on a quiet residential street next to a park.
