Room was nice, updated an clean. Staff was excellent! Only complaints is the room had an unpleasant chemical smell from whatever cleaner or deodorizer they use and everything was overpriced at the restaurant and bar, especially for literally being at a truck stop. Had a great stay overall but not a good value.

Smooth, easy check-in process. Friendly staff. Free parking. Clean and simple yet modern, fresh-style of room. Nearby Delta Park, which was huge convenience.

I’ve been traveling for four days and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the same amount of money. I had a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

A very comfortable stay. The corridor, front desk area and the room inside are well decorated. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It’s a very nice place to stay and if we’re ever passing through we’ll definitely come back here.

I liked the room but the bathroom tub was dirty. Also parking after 7pm was terrible there was none until 12am which I didn’t like but over all I would stay there again

Really easy on/off of I5 for an overnight stop. Good food in the hotel and around the corner. The area is more industrial. Rooms don't have a lot of sound barrier between them but you don't have noise from outside. The convenience store is very pricey but has a lot of selection.

My stay was a total of 2 nights. The overall stay was good. Staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, and was somewhat clean. Walking into my hotel room, I could smell body odor. I don’t know if it was from the previous guest or if it was the room that smelled. Also on my first full day there, housekeeping walked into my room with the do not disturb sign on. I was changing and quickly ran over to the bed area to cover up. She stated that the room was suppose to be empty since the checkout date was for that morning. After the incident, I went to the front desk to confirm my reservation which in fact was correct. Lastly as I was exiting, I overheard another guest trying to get an explanation from the front staff of how a man got into his hotel room. I hope this was not the case but it made me feel uneasy. Don’t think I will stay here again even though the staff was very kind and everything was easily located.

We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. The room were clean and quiet. We liked the bar and live music. The free breakfast was good and we were even able to catch a movie. Even though it’s a pet friendly hotel they had two floors pet free for those of us with allergies. Great value for sure!
